What are some improvements we can make to this guild?

maybe we must re orginase the teams, you know?
and then, Airborne/tank division
just let some people in one team take an vehicle,
some pilots--> an tank
or
2 pilots --> an helicopter to help an team
just make teams

Ok Ok, so we would make a team of say 5 members and then give them a tank or helicopter or another vehicle? am I right?

yes, then put them in one of the teams, Alpha Tango etc.
then you got full teams, now we got half teams
