After the outdoor season ended our upperclassmen taught everyone how to spin rifles or sabres, which ever they chose, or both but i just wanted rifle. So after the first day i was really bad and that made me soooo determined to get better and on the second day i got better but i still sucked, everyone else was learning singles but i didn't think i was ready so i didn't. then on the third day i learned my single when everyone else learned their double but sometimes i get compliments for looking strong or tossing low enough so i feel better. I've been trying to get a double sooooo hard and i'm getting better but if you have any tips for learning them then they would be very appriciated and tips for triples and quads or whatever would be welcome too and to fix my GROSS pitch on right with consecutives.

Everyone's gotta start somewhere when they learn rifle. You probably had a hard time learning flag at first right? It's the same thing for learning a rifle, it takes time.
Believe me, I couldn't get drop spins right forever. Just keep practicing like you're doing and I'm sure you'll be doing quads soon ^_^

The only thing I can say is it takes time. Lots and lots of time. So just keep practicing every day.

So it's been about a year and I am happy to report that I have gotten doubles down. And triples AND quads. I made rifle and sabre line and am a prospectory captain for next year. I've tried a five but it was WAY too lofty and high.
