Anyone think that the Seal of Orichalchos is gonna come to the states? And if it did would you use it in your deck?

To answer your first question, the seal was produced for the use of UDE staff to use in conventions for a promotion. If you could beat them in a duel, you could win a box of DB2 boosters and a t shirt. Lose and they post your pic on their "wall of souls". However a public release has not happened, and truth is it is becoming less likely.
Your second question, Hell yes!

That card is sweet! If people could get their hands on them, it would probably be banned anyway. If the card could be destroyed by certain cards like monster effects, treaps, ands/or spells, maybe it wouldn't be banned if released to the public.

A little trivia if I may, the text on the seal itself spells "Oreichalcos" twice in that spelling.
