Well here we are.... Sort of ^^ The jutsu are listed by Ranks yes and the SP system I use is based on how often you RP, your posts, and regularity.



So if your posts average 1-2 paragraphs and you post at least once a day you are going to get more SP then someone who has a million 1-line posts. With a few exceptions. We will have missions and things for bonus SP, and during any EXAM dice roll shall be used to determine if the jutsu hit/missed.


As far as exams go:

You need at least 7 Gennin rank jutsu to sign up and we will pair you if no one contests your wanting to be a Chuunin I will use a NPC from a random village and draw 8 jutsu from that villages list!




Note: Some jutsu are limited to a village/clan. Those will have marks above them and be well noted, any jutsu under a certain village are not limited to only that village!
