When and or where can i see this show, besides at like 3/4 in the morning on adult swim. i can't get up that early, it doesn't work for me, and the tv belongs to someone else the only other time at nite that it is one. i googled them, but im missing a whole bunch (will post when i find list of ones i can't find) youtube just has like music things no episodes crying any advice of where i can find them (btw, i don't care if it's in english or in japenese with english subtitles 3nodding )

You could actually buy them, if all else fails. That way you can watch them as much as you want, the creator's aren't being ripped off, and you have both the Japanese and English.

Most music/DVD stores have an anime section theses days, so you can try places like Best Buy, f.y.e., etc. FMA is pretty popular, so stores like Target and Wal-Mart may carry it (have seen it at both in the past). Also, Borders/Waldenbooks also carries anime (generally at a slightly higher price, unfortunately) and can usually be found near the manga section.
