Ingrediants:
- Canned tomatoes
- Tomato paste
- Mixed herbs and spices (I usually put in mixed herbs or basil)
- Garlic
- Onion
- Spaghetti (any pasta you wish)
- Minced beef
- Parmison cheese
Method:
1. Put on the pot of water for the spaghetti and start cooking the meat in a fry pan
2. Chop up the onion (if you want the onion chunky, wait till after you make the sauce)
3. In a blender, add the canned tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs and spices and garlic (chopped onion too if you want it small/fine)
4. Once the meat is cooked, mix in the sauce (and onion now if you wanted it chunky) and heat
5. When the spaghetti is cooked, drain and put in a bowl
6. Add the meat and sauce on top and finish off with some parmison cheese
Extra notes:
- I didn't put in quantities because it is suited to your own taste, but if you want to follow mine for one person, I put in:
- - 150gms Canned tomatoes
- 50g Tomato paste
- 2 to 3 teaspoons Mixed herbs and spices
- 1 teaspoon Garlic
- 1/2 medium Onion
- Spaghetti
- 125 to 250g Minced beef
- Parmison cheese
- You don't have to add in the tomato paste, but it thickens the sauce up. You can add in flour or corn flour instead, but you will have to experiment with quantities
