This is where most circus staff people would interact. ^^

Kira yawned and streched looking up at the night sky. She was tired from the long ride to there new home, well there home for the next month at least. She streched her legs and arms, yawning wide. There was still so much left to do before they preform tomarrow, she couldn't go to bed for at least another four hours, after all it was only 6 o'clock.
She looked around seeing what others were doing. She decided to help set up in the tanks. She walked around to all three tanks to make sure that everything was being set up right.

Gem stepped out of the Big Top and headed towards the Unicorn pen. She was awaiting the birth of the newest addition to the circus, wondering if it would be a boy or a girl, and what this one would be named.

Lilyth walked backstage after a long day. It was evident that the day had taken its toll on her, but she wasn't quite ready to go to sleep. Her eyes scanned the area for people she felt like being around, and didn't find many of them. Only Kira lounging about with her head in the clouds, and she left about the same time that Lilyth arrived.
Taking a seat herself, she stretched out her legs a bit. They were a bit soar from practicing a new act with the pheonixes all day. Actually, just a bit didn't do it justice. Her legs were essentially killing her. The crisp evening air was welcome on her hot skin after a long day of work and exercise. With a sigh, she grumbled to herself about the troubles of the day. Damon had better carry his own tomorrow, because I'm sick of doing all the workd around here, she thought angrily to herself. In fact, he'd done a good deal of work; Lilyth had just happened to overwork herself.

Kira, who had finished cheaking all the tanks walked to the back area and went over to Lilyth. "Feeling okay?" She asked with a raised eyebrow. Kira could tell that she didn't, but it was funner to make Lilyth mad.

Mathew looked rather pleased with himself as he slipped in among the others, though he was also obviously looking for something as he craned his neck to try and spot his quarry from afar. "G'day, ladies," he said with a subtle bow as he passed by Lilyth and Kira, then stopped and turned around to face Lilyth, smiling softly at her, nodding in agreement with Kira's inquiry, adding politely, "If there's anything that you need help with, I can see what I can do."

In a frustrated gesture, Lilyth ran her fingers through her bright red hair, which caused some of it to fall out of the ponytail set atop her head. She gave out an exasperated sigh. Actually, it sounded more like a mixture of anger, frustration and pure hatred, though towards no one in particular.
"I'm about to die, I'm so goddam tired," she said. "And it's not like it's anything you could help with. One of the pheonixes is just being a pain in the a** today. She won't do anything I tell her too, for no good reason. Basically, I just had one of those days, where nothing goes right, and you just want to throw things at people all day!" She finished with an upward thrusted throaty noise that sounded something like a scream, but not quite as loud. With that she left the backstage area for her trailer. A bad day was never made better via interactions with... well, anyone, in her case.

"Oh my," seemed to be all Mathew could think of saying as he cringed at the anger being emitted from Lilyth. As she stormed off, he sighed, speaking lightly to himself, "Well... I tried, at least." Instead he turned towards Kira with a sheepish grin on his face. "I don't suppose I could ask a favor of you?" he inquired as he surveyed the area once more.

Kira watched Lilyth leave witha small laugh, then turned to look at Mathew. "Sure, go ahead and ask, and I'll see if I can help." She smiled politly.

"Well, the thing is... I think the macadamia nuts were misplaced during the move," he admitted with a slight hint of embarrassment to his voice, "And the birds just don't like any of the other nuts we have nearly as much. They'll do anything for a macadamia, but... only a scarce few, simpler things for cashews, or almonds..." He once again looked towards the far end of the area, where he had a gut feeling the nuts might be, but looked back at Kira before asking, "So I was wondering if you might help me try and find them? Or if you've seen them around, that would be even better!"

"I haven't seen them, but I will help!" She told him with a smile. She looked over and saw Edsel goofing around well he was supposed to be putting up one of the cages. "Edsel, do I have to get Ashley?" She asked with a smile. Edsel, of course, went right to work.

Mathew seemed to brighten considerably at Kira's willingness to help, then held his hands out in a loose circle, indicating a cylindrical shape. "Well, the can that they're in is about... yeh big," he said as he measured something a little bit thicker than the average soup can, "And about... yeh tall," he turned his hands around so that his palms were facing one another about eight or nine inches apart. "It's an off-white plastic container, blue lid, with masking tape on the front labeling it with the word 'Macadamia' in Macavry's handwriting."

Kira smiled big and nodded. "I amazed anyone can read his hand writting to get it to go where it needs too!" She joked with Mathew.

With a humorous grin and a chuckle, Mathew agreed, "Aye, that's probably why it's been mislaid in the first place!" He began to walk down the backstage area scanning the yet unpacked luggage, "I just fear that it's so small compared to a lot of the gear we transport that it might be lost, and I might have to buy a whole new helping of macadamias! And I bought that container-full just before we left, too!"

"Well, we will find it. If not we can ask Gem." She smiled at him and started to look around at Edsel who was again slacking. "Should I warn him again or get Ashley? We need all this done before we can sleep..."
