I love this recipe! It's healthy (1485kj per serve) and it also includes garlic, orange and ginger, which are foods that fight cellulite.
Ginger Chicken Stir-Fry Serves 6
Ingredients 4 single chicken breast fillets 1/3 cup plain flour 1/2 cup fruit juice (orange, apple, pineapple) 2 tlbs honey 2 tlbs soy sauce 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1 small gclove garlic, crushed 2 tlbs oil 250g broccoli florets 2 carrots, sliced 100g snow peas, trimmed 3 cups cooked white rice to serve
Method
1) Cut chicken into strips. Coat in flour; shake off excess 2) Combine the fruit juice, honey, soy sauce, ginger and garlic in a jug 3) Heat oil in a wok or pan. Add chicken; stir-fry for about 2 minutes, or unil tender. Remove from wok. 4) Add broccoli and carrots to the wok and stir-fry for 2 minutes, or until just tender. Reurn chicken to wok with the juice mixture and snow peas. Stir-fry until sauce thickens slightly. 5) Serve chicken stir-fry immediately, spooning it over cooked white rice. 6) Enjoy!
I hope that people enjoy this recipe. 3nodding

NB:
I'm not sure if I got the acronyms correct. For 'tlbs' I mean 'tablespoon' and for 'tsp' I mean 'teaspoon.' Sorry, just thought I'd clarify that in case I got them wrong.

Wow, that sounds ym! On the shopping list! And, for the abbreviations, 'tablespoon' is 'tbsp', and 'teaspoon' is 'tsp'.
