This is an open RP for those estranged yuma that we so rarely use, for whatever reason; either because they do not get along well with others, or, like so many, exclude themselves from belonging. This story begins with 2 of my favorite yuma that are often isolated for whatever reasons they come up with; Keni'chi Boo (Boo, for short) and Seraphina. I have always wanted to introduce these 2 to one another to see what happens; beauty, purity and innocence mingled with hurt and distain...not to mention a quite calloused exterior! Let's just see what happens! Feel free to join in! Simply post an opening post to introduce youre yuma into the RP. When you are finish, I ask you to please post a closing post, allowing your yuma to exit with grace; this is simply for story-flow sake. If you are entering into the rp w/ existing yuma, please quote the ones with whom you are entering play. If you are rping between your own yuma, please quote those as well. Thanks all!!!! heart heart Enjoy heart heart

Seraphina (y) Through the snowy banks of the crystal-watered lake, she walked softly in the powdery-laiden grass, crunching through frozen blades of wintery debris. The moonlight glistened in the ripples of the water as she admired the chilly breeze of the evening.

Boo (y) Sighing in the cold air, he walked in the white-covered wood with one though on his mind. Its the same thought, or thoughts rather, that he always had..."Why?" It was the question that constantly taunted his troubled mind; the reason he never saw his adopted or his REAL siblings again. His hot breath huffed into puffs of steam and the snow hissed has he stepped through it. It felt good to his hot feet, a fresh feeling unlike the normal hard, stoney rockfaces of the mountains which he had, without much choice, called his home.

Seraphina (y) She felt her heart alight with an unspoken happiness, as she often did and for no apparent reason. She began to hum in the darkness of night, the moon the silent harmony of her song. Her sweet voice lifted the drab air into a seranade of melodic notes carried on the wind. Her shimmery wings shudder in glee as she sung. Oh how she loved to sing!

Boo (y) As he trodded to the edge of the wood, the moonlight penetrated the through the sticky branches of the bare trees to light his way. As he peered out of the trees, he looked around cautiously, then proceeded out. This was his usual custom when escaping the solitude he condemned himself to, as he was greatly ashamed of his appearance. A tune filled his ears, so faint he could not distinguish if it was in his mind or an actual voice. It was sweet, like whisper of hope floating on the wind. His heart was briefly warmed by it, but he quickly shook the feeling and his calloused guard re-emerged. He walk slowly toward the smell of the lake, his mouth parched from days in the dry and barren mountains.

Seraphina (y) She paused for a moment, gazing up at the sky as if posing for a photograph; her spotless, white coat glimmering in the moonlight. On nights like this one, it sometimes felt that the painted nightsky was made just for her. Her mane blew gently past her face and around her ear as it twitched. Silencing her voice, she listened closely to the calm. It was a foot step she heard. She smiled, ready to welcome the new friend that was headed her way. She turned her head toward the sound. As she did so, her eyes widened, astonished at what she saw. It was the skeleton of some animal! She was not afraid, rather, curious instead. She stood very still, not wanting to startle the creature. It approached, head down and unaware of her presence.

Boo (y) He watched his steps leave large prints in the ground as he hung his head. Such was his normal way of walking; horns always ready in times of need. His short, red hair fanned like a limp paintbrush down his neck as he tromped. Stopping in the snow, aware that he was very near to the thirst-quenching lake, he sighed and raised his head. He froze as there stood before him what appeared to be an angel. Like a statue she stood tall, looking straight at him with eyes so piercing, he almost felt submissive. He glared at her, not sure of what to do. Usually, he is quite defensive when coming upon unknown yuma. But not with her. He felt peace; and it was that peace that made him very unsure of himself.

Seraphina (y) She flicked her tail to break the stare. "Um..." she muttered nervously, "he-hello." Her voiced squeeked in her throat. She didn't know whatelse to say. He looked like he could charge her at any moment, although, he did have a kindness about him. She could tell in his eyes. Still, she was careful about her mannerisms. Slowly, she stepped to the side to face him, her feet daintly crossed at her ankles.

Boo (y) He hesitated at her sweet voice, realizing it was her that was singing this quiet night. Looking somewhat confused, he glaced to either side as if she might possibly be talking to someone else.
"Yes, I am speaking to you." she replied to his unspoken questioning, speaking with a much more confident tone. She perked up her wings and shook her mane almost flirtingly.
"Uhhhh...." he muttered. He shyly eyed her hair as moonlight danced across each strand until it peacefully drape around her neck again. He huffed through his nostrils, mustering up a "Hello." with an over-exaggerated snarl in his voice. He flicked the spike of his tail into the ground, flinging a mist of once-frozen snow into the air.

Emi (y) The dark abyss that was Emi walked casually along, her whisps of flames dispersing into the night, disappearing as soon as the flame flickered out too far. She snorted, the same blue flames eruptign from her nostrils like a volcano. Ever since her grandfather learned the trick, she was taught it as well. Same with her sister, Gina. Her mother knew it too. She snorted ocne more, the flames erupting again as she walked, smoke trail from her nostrils briefly before it dispersed. Why did she have to learn it? It's not lady-like, nor was it attractive. She sighed softly.

Chikotae(y) The stallion snorted as he too was alone, away from the so-called herd he was adopted into. He didn't know why he had suddenly switched from one herd to another, but he didn't like the fact. Raising his head up caused magenta flames to flicker wildly around a swirled horn. White eyes, whiter then the snow that falls and whiter then an angel's wings gleamed like no other. Many thought he was blind. He snickered at the thought as he settled down upon the earth, ears flickering wildly.

Seraphina (y) "Well," she spoke with her charismatic tone, "that certainly is a way to address a lady." She almosted giggled as she stepped just a bit closer, wanting to get a good look at this new fellow. She had figured out by now that this was definately a yuma, just not one she had seen before.

Emi(y) The deep, midnight blue mare snorted as she stopped, her flames coming to a bursting ligfht around her body. Why did she have flames? She knew others did, but her sister Gina did not. Why? She shrugged as she moved on, pushing the pink mare out of ehr mind and settling on thinking about why she moved without hearing a single thud of her hoof against the ground. Not once did she ever hear the thunder of her hooves when she ran or walked. It was strange to her.

Chikotae(y) Moving so his snout was resting under his wing, he sighed as warmth flooded through the cold appendage. For soem odd reason, his snout and nose were always cold. Why? He didn't know, it was soem odd reason as stated before. His flames perked up, the purple-pink, midnight blue and aqua-green swirling and running along his coat like a river along a mountain. He snufffed as his pure white eyes moving, no pupils moving.

She almosted giggled as she stepped just a bit closer, wanting to get a good look at this new fellow. She had figured out by now that this was definately a yuma, just not one she had seen before. Boo (y) He grumbled, half embarassed at his brash tone. It short-lived, however, as he noticed her move closer with a look of puzzlement. Snorting again with near disgust, he rumbled "What do you think you're looking at?!" He stomped the ground with his unholy feet. He absolutely hated being gawked at, although, she wasn't really gawking. "I hate it when others stare at me!" he hollered angrily.
