While the village was abandonded, everything was still intact. And while everything was still intact, the new Kage is an idiot and did not know what half of the buildings were used for. That being said, she saw the sign "Dojo" and thought of training, not sparring, though she does allow that.
This is Kenmei's terratory, as she is patient and a good teacher for her speech is slow and comforting. She will teach everything she knows, which is an astonishing amount as she is but 20.
Rules: Village rules still apply Anyone may come and train, but you MUST follow my rules. If you disobey one, this village will not welcome you anymore. Listen to Kenmei, she knows what she's talking about. Flirting with Kenmei is discouraged.

A whirlwind of black dove into a brown clad man of 19 with great force, knocking him down and causing the area of the around the dojo to shake like an earthquake. The weapons threatened to fall off the walls and the dying leaves of the large trees in the area fell without a fight.
Kenmei giggled innocently as she got off the man, who had a small trickle of blood coming from the side of his mouth. Her Cascades' headband was in the form of a clip that she wore to keep her hair up, but as her hair has fallen down, it glimmered at the side of the mat in the light of the afternoon sun. She walked away from the man, who rolled over and groaned as he pushed himself up. He pulled back his soft leather clothing and wiped his mouth with a tan and scarred arm. He frowned and gingerly got up, his joints cracking and his left leg hard to put pressure on. "Jeeze, Mei... You promised you'd go easy on me..." he complained, wincing as his heartbeat settled.
To this, the pretty woman named Kenmei cocked her head and looked completely bewildered. "Joachim, you're still living, correct?" she asked with her chipper voice in it's normal tone, unlike her deep growl that she used during battle.

He notices her land on the man that couldn't be too much older than he was. He slowly began walking forward toward the male and female. He was being careful not to make a peep. "Finally a actual cascade shinobi, I was beginning to think that they all fled the village or something like that. oh well i mine as well ask there names." "Umm... He bowed deeply to her and she returned his guesture with a nod and a chuckle. As he limped away, his soft leather clothing made little sound and his equally soft leather boots were silent against the mat. He smiled and waved to A.J. as he passed him, not knowing A.J. but really not caring as he didn't seem hostile.
Kenmei nodded to A.J. in greeting as he remained silent. She bent over and picked up her clip. She expertly wound her hair up and began speaking without looking at A.J. "Joachim has talent enough to be an A.N.B.U., but he does not feel the urge to be a shinobi, merely a nameless warrior in a massive battle... ignoring glory for duty... Which isn't bad, really, but we could use him... Oh! Where are my manners! I am Kenmei Mn'dalo. I prefer Mei, though. There currently are very few shinobi in this village, most of the people you see are of mine and my sister's army of sorts..." She turned and folded her hands in front of her politely as her bright blue eyes lit up in the bright light of the winter sun that came in through the thin walls of the dojo.
"Welcome to the Village Hidden in the Cascades. I am vice-Otakikage, my sister is... somewhere... She'll be returning soon. What may I help you with?" Kenmei looked at him hard, her wide eyes narrowing in a way so that she could study him and his movements, to see if he was trained or not. And if he was, how much.

Instead he watched the female carefully, Since the gigantic entrance she did earlier. He watched the female pick up the clip. He got on guard for a minute then noticed exactly what she was doing then let his guard back down. He heard the female start to speak. He was surprised to hear that she was the vice-Otakikage."How can someone be the vice-Otakikage? and who is this sister of hers? Is she the real Otakikage? Well there's only one way o find out." "I am pleased to meet you Mei-chan. My name is A.J. Enkou, But you can call me A.J.. I am a Jounin from the crystal village. I hope you don't mind me asking but who is your sister."

Kenmei tuck a piece of taitanium black hair that had fallen out behind her ear as she kept her eyes locked on A.J.'s, her polite smile growing into a toothy grin as she learned he was a ninja from another village. She offered her hand to shake before she spoke. "It's an honor to have you in our humble village. And it's not a problem for you to ask questions, we keep no secrets here. Come, follow me to a more comfortable setting. I believe it's snowing outside, but it's not that cold. We can talk out there." She turned heel quickly and walked towards the thin, sliding door with a buisness-like pace and opened it with a snap. She disappeared around it and soon walked down the outside walkway.
Indeed it was snowing outside, the heavy white flakes floating down like small feathers. The grass was already covered in the white powder and small piles began to form at the bases of the trees that surrounded the area. The gray bark of the trees and the green leaves of the evergreens stuck out like fire in a cave against the white of the falling snow. Kenmei stopped and kneeled daintily as a wind caused the snow to form a small whirlwind in front of her. "I just love winter..." she said in a quiet tone, a dreamy hint coming into the normally serious bite that she had. "Now, A.J.-kun, are there any other questions you have about this village, as it would be easier to answer them all at once."

A.J. walked into the snow not knowing what to expect. The fifteen year old jounin had never been in snow of any height. He had been born into a hot village where there were only fire and earth shinobi, so he had never experienced snow. He stumbled into the snow, his feet sunk into the floor and he didn't like it. he kept on falling witch annoyed him. He finally made two fireballs in the palms of his hand and threw them at the cold snow. All it left was two holes that led to the grass. He stepped into the holes and decided to stay there. "I'm very sorry about this. But the truth is I've never been in the snow before, Its kinda a new experience.

She was used to snow as she was born in it. She watched the fire in his hands with interest, she never had much experiance in fire, and it fascinated her. "I understand, A.J.-kun. Snow would be a bit hard to get used too... But I can't imagine living in the heat."
Kenmei's eyes went out of focus for a moment as she thought of what it would be like if she were to live in somewhere extremely hot. She thought of how it would be so hard to move and the constant sun beating down on the caravan. People collapsing from heat stroke, vulturs circling over head... She shook her head and came back into focus, looking from her perch on the walkway to the younger man infront of her. "Do you have any questions about our village?" she asked politely, a chilling wind blowing.

As he heard when she said she couldn't imagine living in a hot place one of his eyebrows raised. "Why not? You wouldn't have to put up with this cold white stuff. But it does get kinda hot in the summer"
He zoned out for a moment when a snowflake hit the top of his head. He looked up and saw that it was still snowing a lot. A couple more landed on his face. After trying to wipe the cold away he lost his balance causing him to fall into the cold snow. The snow was deep so he sunk into it a few inches. He felt the cold through his clothes and he began to shiver, then he heard the Vice- otakikage ask if he had ant questions."I HATE THIS SNOW STUFF""Umm... I have a couple. I could also give you a few things as good will towards the Crystal Village. We have quite the silk collection at my home, and it's enough to share with a non-hostile village." She swung her snow white legs off the side of the walkway. With the heavy snow, it was easy for them to blend in with the surrounding area. "Here, I'll answer for you. It's cold, and it will only take about an hour to go there and pick up a few things." She got up daintily and patted off some nonexistant dust off of her skirt when she stood. "My home is up below a cliff, about half a mile away from here. Come, we have good food and good friends."
She turned her back and froze when he asked his question. "The former Otakikage is currently missing... we regret that, as we are sure she was a great and powerful leader. If she is ever to return, we will hand over rule of the village and move on. We mean to do only good." Kenmei's voice showed that her words were well practiced and rehearsed to a point of memorization. She began walking towards the exit of the dojo, and switched a sign near the front with out breaking stride.

The shinobi looked around for a moment the rolled on to his back nearly to his neck, then put his legs in the air and kicked him self up. He landed perfectly in the two spots of non-covered ground. "No, i think i should get back to my village now. Its been a couple days and i kinda miss it. I don't have to walk you know"
he made another fireball in the palm of his left hand. He looked at it for a second then threw it to about waist high. It quickly grew into a fire like portal, But before stepping into it he looked over at the female as she started to walk away."So i guess I'll see you around, Maybe when its not so cold" He said then walked directly into the portal. the portal then disappeared in a small cloud of black smoke and ashes that fell o the ground

Kai walked towards the large building that was looming up ahead of him. He had no idea where in this village he could get anything from, but perhaps the owners would let him rest for a moment.
He saw no one at first as he came towards the building, in actual fact the place was covered in snow. Kai frowned. Why couldn't it be like the falls. Although the cold didn't deter him and neither did the snow, it's just he didn't like the appearance.
He walked to the entrance of the Dojo. No one was around. Yet this did seem an open Dojo thus he dried himself off from the snow that that fallen on him and sat down under the roof in order to get a little rest back into his legs. He leaned against the wall. Although people may have thought he was rude for doing this, it was normal from where he had come from and he meditated peacefully closing his eyes and allowing his body to recover. He'd have to find something to eat soon, and then a place to bed down for the night.
He couldn't afford an Inn, so it'd be sleeping in the open again. He wondered just where he'd be able to sleep. It was a long walk back to that cave that he'd slept in two nights ago. Roughly about forty miles away.

Standing up after fifteen minutes no one had bothered him, that was good because that meant he was blending in, in a sense, at least, he wasn't bothering anyone. He headed off to walk through the village, he'd have to find something to eat soon, and fast, otherwise...
Kai's stomach growled. Not good, he needed to eat something. He headed further in. He had a few coins left thankfully.
