I've read the manga (oh so SLOW. They're only gotten up to volume 8 or so here) and have wanted to watch the anime for a while. A friend of wasabi's says that the manga and the anime are very different. No Nazis and such to be seen in the anime. I wonder why? Nazis would have been awesome. sad
Just in case you were wondering, this is just a few of wasabi's thoughts on the matter. No need to respond if you don't want to.
(favoreite character=Rip Van...even if he/she only appeared for half a volume... xd )

i only saw the anime. it was ok. only 13 episodes stare they should never ever again make an anime that is only 13 episodes.

Junior Beans i only saw the anime. it was ok. only 13 episodes stare they should never ever again make an anime that is only 13 episodes. well it's no use making a 10 volume series into a 30 series anime. neutral that's just silly. domokun at that point it's like FLCL or naruto or dragonball. gonk making each volume of manga last 4 or more anime episodes...pure hogwash. domokun and i think they've stopped translating hellsing. sad i ahven't seen a new volume come out for over a year now. gonk
