Mangekyou Sharingan, hands down! The Sharingan can look at people and mimic them but wouldn't it be better to look at people and kill them?!

I'd have to go with Mangekyou, for a lot of reasons. Although you would need to be careful with it. Using that much chakra in the eyes too much can damage them, just look at Itachi.

I'd stick with regular Sharingan. But, couldn't I just kill my best friend and have both regular and Mangekyo Sharingan?
