The Village Hidden in the Cascades' urban area is split into two sections. The shopping district, and the Resturaunt district. This is the larger, and much nicer, district. Shops with weapons are the most prominant in this sector, but it is quite a surprising amount of wares for a village of this size. That has to do with Kouen's caravan that she lead before she settled in the Cascades.
Quaint shops made of brick and wood line the streets that run along side of the many rivers, streams, and creeks that flow endlessly though the village. The streets are clean and made of a smooth stone that's a dark blue in color, with the occasional light blue sprinkle here or there. All in all, a lovely place to be. A good place for first dates.

A.J. begins walking through the shopping district. He looks around and sees a bunch of villagers, But he couldn't seem to find one shinobi. He continued to look around. "I mine as well look in these shops while I'm here."

A little later than planned, but now Kai was walking, heading towards the other side, he was roughly halfway through the village now and not exactly sure as to where he was going. He didn't make any emotion, even towards those people who were staring at him. It seemed he had made himself quite the reputation.
"Oh wouldya lookit that, it's come back again, puddle head," The boy who had originally called him names sat on top of dustbin with a group of his friends surrounding him. Some of them had gotten hold of some metal bars. No doubt they were expecting him.
Kai took a step backwards in order to give himself some space and to count his opponents. One...two...three....four...five opponents. All varying in size weight and height. Kai took a deep breath. This was going to be a test. He'd only gone up against two opponents at the same time, not five.
"Get im," The boy called. It was the same boy who had called him puddle head, and two of them charged, "No you idiots!" He slapped one on the head, "All at the same-" It was too late, Kai had made his move.

Kai slammed forwards into the first one on his left, grabbing the pole that was coming in a downward, slash towards his head. Twisting the boys arm and disarming him before switching it around and raising it up defending himself against another downward slash. There was a yelp of pain from the boy, and Kai whacked the short steel pole down on his shoulder of the arm his was holding. The shoulder blade cracked immediately.
The the other boy came straight at him again this time with a lower strike to his leg. Kai wasn't too bothered about this, and used that same leg to pile forwards into his opponent driving his left leg straight into his arm which he was swinging with. The metal pole flew out and Kai let go of the first boys arm, jabbing the boy in the stomach. The boy coughed up blood and the others seemed to be in awe.
The puddle boy seemed to be getting a little distressed by this point, as Kai walked to the second pole with his two opponents so far winded and in pain. He twirled them around his fingers.
"I might not be from this village, and I may not be a Ninja, but I refuse to lose to you." Kai's eyes flashed as he made his next move before anyone else could react.

Lost in a string of attacks, Kai was moving fluidly and the others couldn't keep up with his pattern as they tried in vain to evade his attacks. He swung the two short staff, not with power but with speed, swinging them and cracking various bones in the first two thug's bodies.
He slashed them down standing in the center and listened to them fall. The other three came at once. It was a little disappointing, he thought that they would have been at the same level but it wasn't true. They thugs were far far weaker.
The puddle boy charged him moved to strike him in the face. Kai blocked, only to receive a kick in the stomach and two strong whacks along his back from the other two. He twirled the staffs around again and threw them at the opposing men before striking forwards. He uppercut puddle boy on the chin lifting him off the ground.
He may have landed that hit, but his style was full of openings. He calmly struck the boy again stepping forwards and slamming his fist into him. This carried on in alternating strikes pummeling the boy into the wall.

Kai jumped back suddenly as the two other thugs ran forwards with strikes to Kai's back. Kai jumped out of the way just in time and the thugs hit the academy student who yelped in pain. Then Kai made his move and swept his leg up kicking the one on his left to the side before dropping his leg and then punching with both fists to the side, sending the one on his right sprawling.
"Che..." He said as the first to came back at him. It defied logic but Kai was going to end up killing them if they didn't stop. They were no match for him, they would have to come all at once with a strategy in order to overcome him.
He slammed his fists forward as he stepped just as they were close enough. They doubled up in pain. Their broken ribs caused them even more pain, perhaps they had had an adrenaline surge. He knelt down and picked up a staff that had fallen and turned around sharply clashing with another.
He'd heard him coming but hadn't reacted in order to gain this opening and defending from another sky attack. When were they going to learn that this wasn't going to work?

The boy had come at him thinking this was an opening, but it wasn't, Kai had planned it all. He was an intelligent boy, and surpassed many by unfathomable amounts. He kept his staff up in the air and then struck his fist into the boys stomach again. He seemed to be getting a lot of this.
Noticing the boy was winded he took his chance and slashed the other staff down and away, before swinging his staff up and around and striking the boy at the side of the head, he was knocked so hard his body turned horizontal.
Kai struck him down with an elbow drop going straight into his kidney. Then the other two came again, running at him. They were within his sight both running at him at the same time. He jumped back.
"Idiots." He said watching the other three groan in pain. He picked up another staff. Now he had two again.

They stopped suddenly and Kai jumped forwards. It had appeared they had just taken full account of the situation that during all the time they had fought, this kid wasn't just lucky, he was skilled.
Using this stun, Kai jumped spinning in mid air and struck the one to his right, dropped in between them although slightly just behind him and went straight down into the splits performing an excruciating move and thrust the staff's into the backs of their knee's.
"Kneel and repent," Kai said as he stood up, "I will kill you next time." He made another move, a simultaneous chops to the sides of their throats with the staffs. They fell to the ground unconscious.
The other Ninja was about to stand up before a Kunai came out of nowhere causing him to drop back down in order to dodge it. The boy who had came to battle me earlier near the river came from the shadows.
"Don't," He said, "He's too strong for us." The Ninja looked at Kai and bowed.
"Forgive us," He said before getting his friend up. Kai bowed his head in return before turning to walk away.

((This is what I meant as I don't have any ninja in my village! stare No one is here to attack you, and Kouen would not tolerate random violence in her village from her men. It's a military instillation, and any disobedience would result in a warning, then swift punishment from the Kage herself.))

(I'm stirring up a little action for myself. The village is still a village, and if you don't have Ninja in your village, how the hell can you be a Kage? Or is Logic not a part of this village? As in...a Kage need's to lead NINJA Besides, they don't have to be exactly from this village. This is a rather large village from the looks of things. A district implies more than fifteen buildings of a certain type...and over 15 building constitutes a village...you have a number of districts constituting a small town. Thus they may just be thugs with an underlying organization who like to call themselves Ninja. This might give everyone else something to Roleplay with, since your character is..absent..)
