What's your favorite thing about the miko reincarnate? <3
I'll tell you straight out I'm Anti-Kagome, but I'm currently trying to be more mature and adjust my views of her, and get a better understanding of why everyone loves her. Which is why I'm here. 3nodding =o Maybe the Kag. vs. Kik wars will finally stop if everyone stops screaming at each other and take a look into each other's worlds for a second, ne?
So clear things up a little to newbie Kagome fan-in-the-making here and share teh luff! =]

I like her kind spirit. Even though she gets angry at Inuyasha it's alright with me. We all can get angry and grumpy at times. Oh I also love kagome's courage to stand up to Naraku and demons. I would never be able to do what she does. yes she can be whinney as well, but I'm sure we all can be whiney as well. She's an average girl that is in a different era.
Oh and I don't hate kikyo. I'm not even in this war. I'm just a kagome supporter, but I will respect your reasons as to why you don't like her if you tell me. As long as there just not a I hate kagome and that's all.

i like how even though she loves inu yasha and he still is sorting out his feelings for kikyo she don't force her self on him and instead she gives him time. if i were her i am uncertain if i would be that patient.

I don't know, I guess I like her because....She's an, overall, great main character. Because...uhhhhhhh She's a kind person and I also think Rumiko Takahashi did a great job with the characterization of all the characters. ;D

hmm why I like her... (this may be a long one)
Well...for one...
She is always trying to be by InuYasha's side. Even when its hard to stay, she trys her best and is loyal to everyone. blaugh
She is always kind, no matter what. And everyone says she's mean to InuYasha, well he needs it! He's arrogant people...come on...lol.
She gives him what he needs, someone who isn't afraid to fight back. whee
And also, she is one heck of a fighter for a normal 15 year old girl! I'm 15 and if I was put through that I doubt I would last 5 seconds in that era. ninja
And for the last thing that I like about her... is that she has seen so much in that era...death, blood, and destruction...and she isn't depressed or crazy. She is absolutely fine. She can handle it. 4laugh
And she is 100% trusting. She trusts InuYasha and the rest of the gang with her life. Not many people could have such trust. heart
She's an amazing character. Thats why I like her.

i like her because she's so accepting of others even when she was new to the era. She didn't shun shippo or inuyasha even though she didn't even know demons existed about a week ago. She even defended jinenji and she puts up with being the reincarnation of a very powerful miko without being suicidal and emo about it.

I admire her because she's a good person and accepts that she has to help those in another age. Being very brave and resourceful.

The #1 thing I like about Kagome is that she doesn't let, InuYasha get away with picking on Shippo, and then punishing him for being mean to Shippo.

I adore her because she's strong, not exactly phsycally, but for her age she's a strong girl.
She takes responsibilty. Most people would run off and not help return the jewel to normal.
She's a motherly figure, her ability to take care of Shippo speaks to me because I adore children and love baby-sitting.
She tries. No matter what she tries.
She loves Inuyasha for who he is not for who he could be or could turn into.
She is loyal to everyone in her group.
Those are just a few reasons why I adore her.

I also like how she gives and gives even when she is hurt herself. how she continues to be true to herself and tries her best to not be bitter or have hatred to anyone like kikyo or some of the other people or demons that cross her path like kouga or gengi i find that she will see what is really there in onces heart not just assume or make false accusations
