Evanescence = lovee.
I hate it how everyone immediately complains how they're "so emo". It's like, "well screw you, they're better than anything you'll ever add up to."
Amy Lee (the lead singer to those deprived of Evanescence knowledge) is one of the most talented female singers out there.
They are one of my absolutely fave bands. I have their CD, "Fallen" and I aim to get their new CD "The Open Door".
Oh, and btw, their new song is called "Call Me When You're Sober". Just to let you know, sweetie.

ps. OMG! I'm going to their concert!!

Evanescence is wonderful...
yes, they're emo. their songs are full of emotion, thats what music is, and should be. Its a form of expression, and the fact that people expect bands to write songs to please the crowd instead of expressing something...
its just annoying.
Take the time to listen to the music, and the lyrics and you will see the beauty.

I'm in love with Evanescence's songs. <3
All of their songs rock out loud especially "Lithium". I enjoy singing their songs but just to myself though.

Lithium is my favorite song, i love the piano, and the string instrument (violin? i dunno crying ) tis always a good listen to *nod*
i have all their songs on iTunes, except for those i've yet to dl from the open door album. i think that their first album is the best, to me, amy lee is going more 'love' than what she was initially singing about...it is kind of sad... emo

Grunny King, I totally agree with you, Amy Lee is totaly sexy. It's a good thing she quit taking drugs and got her a** straightened up. Yeah I love the band too!! I like "Weight of the World" it reminds me of my life, and all the crap that I deal with on a daily basis, that and "Snow White Queen"

I love them and for our talent show in school I sang with a group "My Immortal" but (I know I spelt that wrong) I was in the paper for it. Do any of you think thats fair that I was the only one in the paper when there were four other people in the group?

Personally, I love Origin, Fallen, and the Open Door! From Open Door, though, my favorite song is Lacrymosa... It just immediately grabbed me.... 3nodding
- and Broken, I don't think that was really fair... seemed like they should have included everyone somehow...
