that all we ever do on here is b***h about posers?
I mean ******** mock the Casualties in every thread we make. Sweet jesus we are all assholes. Are we really all that proud of this culture that is such a lost cause. Even from the start it was undefinable and utterly chaotic. It's only point was to be inflammitory and rebellious.

When the guild was first started it was like " Oh man, I'm intelligent and I can talk about DIY and how I love this and that band."
Of course everybody is going to b***h about " posers" and other junk, it's the only thing left to do, discussion wise.

I think we're all assholes. But everyone in this guild is a pal of mine. And I don't really hate the Casualties. Their new stuff is pretty mediocre, but eh, I saw them this October regardless.

Well, I think we make fun of posers so much because that's basically what punk has turned into. It's all scene and acts of rebellion and violence either because that's the punk thing to do or a song said to do it. That or apathy is so strong that punk isn't more than a mohawk or studded jacket.
I just like the ******** music and the crowds at shows. ******** everything else. ******** rebelion and violence and being different.
As long as I can mosh and there's no crying/whining everything is good.
And I just hate the Casualties because they've trademarked punk. If they were all regular looking like some Joe Shmo, then they wouldn't even be half as popular.
All I want to say is that for the Warped Tour 06 punk compilation, neither Buzzcocks NOR the GERMS were on it, but the Casualties were. This isn't the casualties fault, no reason to hate them for it, but after awhile I just get sick of that s**t.
