I am female, old enough to know what I want and young enough no to worry about much besides what I want to worry about, and am a proud Pagan/Artistian.
I have been on Gaiaonline since December, 2005 and I have started posting frequently in ED since around August. Watching the ED die has been painful...I want to help save it.

I feel that if we unite, we can be a powerful force.

Hey all! I'm NowhereManXP. I've been a member of since December 5, 2004, and I've never made a mule account (so far as I can remember). I enjoy debating about politics, science, and ethics (especially where science and/or politics are involved), and I am an avid science fiction reader. Though I'm fairly active in ED, I must say that some may know me better as one of Gaia's local Gundam geeks--a role which I perform in my "spare time."

Anyway, nice to see you all, and I hope we can save the Extended Discussion from a slimey, spam-filled death. See you all on the forums!

Jaaten is an oddity, pure and simple. He manages to simultaneously embody many of the stereotypical "American" features (He is a large, blunt man who speaks with a slight though noticeable drawl) and its antithesis (he is well educated, well spoken and has a keen grasp of many subjects, particularly general science and history.)

He is well read with a soft spot for ancient mythologies, mainly of the Norse persuasion. A fervent 'evolutionist' he is currently working his way through The Origin, in between his scattered readings on the history of the English language.

He is an ED regular, and therefore an elitist p***k. He is sarcastic and arrogant, but is capable of great feats of compassion; once in a blue moon he is genuinely wise.

At the moment he is a tad confused regarding his spirituality, currently he is studying LaVeyan Satanism and is seriously pondering ponying up the cash to be a card-carrying member.

On the political spectrum, Jaaten rates as a center/right wing Libertarian, and considers his political views to be more or less inline with those of Teddy Roosevelt.
At this time he is working towards his BS in History and Political Science at the University of Kentucky.

I'm Arzachel. You can call me anything you like as long as it isn't derogatory. I am fourteen years old and an artist. I may be young but I have a lot to say, so don't mind my age, please. I have been on Gaia since December 2004, but took a long break and came back only a few months ago. I post in the ED but not exclusively, I like the art forums too. I completely forgot about the subforums until a few minutes ago (shows how observant I am). Anyway, greetings. biggrin

I am Stained_Steel. I've been on Gaia since...I'll look it up later. A couple of years. I am of the female persuasion, Christian, and an ED regular. I tend not to take anything too seriously, including myself. I support: happiness, intelligent conversation, Dr. Pepper, Star Trek, and people understanding one another. I seriously believe that these things combined could save the world from itself.

Hello everyone, my name is Slato. I've been on Gaia for almost a year now, and active in the ED for about six months. My main haunts are the M&R and the ED, but the latter has become increasingly intolerable over the past few months.

Currently I am trying to become the message of B. I guess if I had to put a label on it, it would be called Animism, but it definitely needs more explaining than that (which I would be more than willing to oblige, given the chance). I am making more and more efforts to try to change minds in the world regarding humanity. Too many people think humanity is doomed, and I'm doing my little bit to change that way of thinking. I'm not quite there yet, but I'm working on it.
