This thread is for RP occurring on and around the coral reef and the reef island.
Reefs are known for their biodiversity, and this one is no exception. Many types of fish call this area their home. The reef island is the habitat for several bushes and trees, small animals and birds. The jungle lies to the southwest.

"What's the club for Calli?" Zoe asked as she came up behind her brother. ^^ It was her first day of explorin! And she was all set! "Oh!!! Wow! Look how pretty, Aii'n!" she said, taking in the view of the reef. It was a perfect place for her to learn how to fish! ^^ The water would be a bit cold, but that's not a problem! "Come on Aii'n! Let's check out the reef!" ^^ Zoe said, skipping to it.

"Aii'n? Do you know how to fish yet?" Zoe asked, looking at all the fish swimming around her. ^^ They tickled her as they slipped past. "We should show Mama and Papa this place! I'm sure they'll like it!" ^^ she said. Maybe they could get some fish and bring them back to Mama and Papa! ^^

Zoe nodded and reached for a fish too. O.o But it swam away! "Aii'n! I don't think the fish wanna be caught!" she whined, trying to grab another one. gonk

gonk "Aii'n! Don't forget to come up for air!" Zoe called after him as she tried getting a fish. "This is too hard! I can't get one!" Zoe pouted. Her tail swished under the water, trying to get the fish to come closer, but they would only go farther away!

O.O Zoe caught the slippery fish and hurried it up to shore. "Alright Aii'n!" she cheered as she caught the fish he swatted out. If this kept up, they would have plenty of fish to share with Mama and Papa and maybe even Kuu and Calli! ^^ Oh! And Kis't too! ^^ Now they would just have to fight off any small animals that might want the fish! ^^ That shouldn't be a problem though! Aiden was tough enough to fight off anything! ^^

One by one, the fish on the shore piled up. The two draclings were doing a splended job at catching the fish. Or at least Aiden was. Zoe was just getting them as her brother swatted them out of the water. She wasn't proud of her lack-of-work, but at least she was out of the way.
Her tail flickered as a funny sound came from the nearby trees. The green dracling looked away from her brother, who was still having a splashing frenzy in the water, to where she thought the sound was coming from. Crunch crunch. Something was in the leaves...
Zoe glared at the leaves and got down on all fours. It was her turn for some fun. Crunch crunch. The leaves cracked under the weight of something moving on them. Zoe's pink eyes shifted from the rustling to a large rock that would be easy for her to stalk from.
Quickly crawling behind the rock, Zoe plotted what her best line of attack would be. Making up her mind, Zoe leapted up onto the rock and flattened herself as best as she could to its surface.
The sound stopped, as if it knew it was in danger.
What the crap?!? the field mouse thought as it heard some thing claw its way onto the huge rock. I knew it would be a bad day to gather food for the winter! I knew it! I never should have left the den!
Zoe squinted into the leaves as the crunching started again. But this time it was moving away. Zoe shot a glance over to her brother, then back at the leaves. She gave a small hiss at whatever it was, then sat up on the rock, proclaiming her victory.
"No need to worry, Aii'n!" she said loudly for him and whatever was making the noise to hear, "I'll protect the fish you catch from whatever wants them for theirselves!" she said triumphantly, giving her brother a V for victory salute.
She stood up and got ready to jump off the rock, giving her closing statement, "My work here is done- AHH!" Zoe started as she slipped of the rock. "Owww...." she mumbled as she stood up and brushed herself off. Wasn't her fault the rock didn't like her... Zoe shot a quick glare at the rock while taking a browned leaf out of her hair, and went back to stand watch over the fish.
