Setting!
Ok this is going to have a slight fantasy element to it, but it's not high fantasy.
Two races remained after centuries of war. Humans and elves along with the half-bred, kin to both and none. Small clans were scattered about all fighting for their own rights and trying to get ahead after the world has been ruined and sacked.

You're in a small village, one of the few where war hasn't decimated everything in it's path. Survivors on both sides can find refuge here. The village is steadily growing. Fights are prevailant as both races, human and elves bicker back and forth. In the town there is a bar, a small market square, no real government or laws, vigilates patrol the streets righting the wrongs and trying to keep the peace until order can be arranged.

For the most part it's a sort of fantasy medival sort of feeling and look. There is some 'technology' in that there is running water, however there is not electricity. You may have mythical creatures, but there is VERY VeRY limited magic. If you intend to use magic, PM me with what you intend and I will let you know yay or nay. Dragons are allowed, but only in small or medium sizes. In other words no bigger than a large human male.

Whatever you want to start! Let your imagaination plop you into the story and we'll wing it! If you want a war we'll make a war, if you want some sort of (censored) romance, then we'll make it!!!

Appearance: A young blonde haired green eyed lad. His hair is a tad shaggy in a strawberry blonde shade. He has fair skin. He's about 5'8" and generally dressed in traveler's gear. His ears are only slightly pointed and his eyes dance with a touch of magic.
Bio: Damian is a half-elf half-human. His mother and father were both rangers. Both had grown up in the woods away from the war. His mother was pure elf and possesed vast amounts of power before the magic in the world began to fail. Her family line can be traced through generations of druids so she derived her powers from the earth. Damian's father was a human ranger his father had been a cleric and his mother had worked as a scribe in the churches. Damian derives his magic from the earth. He was brought up in the woods and always had some sort of pet, though his favorites were falcons and foxes. He enjoys the woods compared to the cities, but of late the woods have become unsafe chasing him into the village to seek refuge.
Personality: Damian is very outgoing. Living in the woods he wasn't around people of either race very much, so he enjoys meeting them and learning about them. He likes to learn about what life is like for other. He finds it hard to comprehend that people live in houses and don't own animals. His constant companion is a fox named Abel.

Bio: her mother was human and her father was an elf. they were both killed before her eyes when she was really young. the pendant she wears holds some sort of secret power to increase her own power.
Personality:kinda shy when meeting new people. hates to fight unless she really has to. she really sweet and kind (like her mother). stubborn in battle (like her father).

Bio: She the only daughter of a human king. He sent her to the village to prevent war from breaking out. He has faith in God and his daughter, and that she might bring peace to the troubled world.
Personality: She's generally quite laid back and tolerant of humans, human-elves, and elves. She wishes for a world of peace between all races and nations. She comes off as a very religious person but only because she was trained as a paladin. Most people who see her not in her full armor look at her beautiful face and hair and believe she is innocent and naive. However, she is truly a fierce warrior and will spare no one who is trying to kill her. Despite this, she oftentimes seeks to forgive those who have done wrong.

Bio: Tani never knew her mother and so she was completely raised by her mercenary father. He taught her everything she knows about fighting as well as instilling a strong hatred for the war in her. When she got older, she refused to join the war and instead decided to protect neutral travelers from getting caught in the crossfire.

Personality: Tani is easy-going and kind but reserved around people she doesn’t know. She has a pet mini red dragon named Abba.

Anatsu walked through a town market listening to sellers spending their time haggling prices with customers. She shook her head as a seller tried to sell her some jewelery.

The boy realized his friends had left him and waved goodbye running off. "Bye mister. Bye Abel."
Damian stood laughing then scanned the crowds, his stomach protested since he hadn't eaten in sometime. He wasn't used to 'shopping'. Being a ranger he normally caught and gathered his own food. This living in town would take some getting used to.

Alaine was kneeling in the town's small church, saying a prayer.
Her sword was buckled to her side with a leather strap. The sheath was ivory white with a red gothic cross painted on the side.
"Oh God, please forgive us sinful children...please let there be peace in this world forever."
She stood up, opening her eyes. Soft beams of colored light poured through the stained glass windows.
How much longer must I haggle with God for peace? She wondered, preparing to leave the church.

"Perhaps I should head home now..." She whispered to herself. The church was empty. A silent breeze jostled the trees outside. She looked through a non stained glass window and noticed ominous clouds in the sky overhead.
Looks as if it will rain tonight...and I still must run a few errands before I head home. She checked her wind up pocket watch. Seventeen hundred hours...
