It stands tall and seen from the mountain base as a shadow. This castle holds more mysteries than the land of Farshia itself. It is said that the castle labyrinth dwells deep inside the mountains and leads to something only seen by those that have created it. The castle seems to change as everyday passes, and night brings out a terror that resides in the castle. This castle of late has be been put on the list of Forbidden places in Farshia. Does this castle hold some sort secret to saving the land or will reaching the bottom realms release another evil?

Elrohir's course ventured near the famed and dreaded Castle of Black on his way out of the country. He looked up at the massive structure. What arcane secrets must it hold? When he returned from Gantor, perhaps he would explore it with a team of scholars. He had certainly absorbed his foster father's love of secrets and finding them out. But right now, only one weighed on his mind: Where is Lorinan? Glancing up at the castle one last time, he continued on his way.
