No! 22 volumes in engilsh! Online there are 22 volumes..
Unless you too have been translating the series chapter by chapter until the end last month it might be best not to argue with someone who's been translating it and knows exactly how many volumes there will be.
sweatdrop If you're reffering to the scanlation site (name won't be mentioned due to TOS) that has up to vol 22 out, they're behind. They have to wait for other people to release the chapters that make up that whole volume, I don't work for them and yet my work is still hosted by them. (Take a look at the credits for chapter 130 onwards.)
They won't have volume 23 up until sometime after the 19th as that's when I'm starting work on 136. So far I'm the only person who will be doing a translation of the final chapter, Shadow has stopped due to issues wih people stealing her work for scanlations.
