I'm still not sure if I like how Strawberry Panic ended. It would have been nice if Nagisa wound up with Tamao, but leaving a couple of them lonely does lend the series a bit of realism, I suppose.

Well, what do you think? Liked the end? Didn't?

I like Hikari with Amane, but other than that, I agree.

the only part of the ending i liked was the song "Himitsu Dolls"

the ending had me and my friends laughing…(will explain in a min) -_- ok the anime tried something different... but its like so expected in soaps and dramas... so it really didn’t occur as interesting... ok it was a better confession scene in one anime...but a little off from the one in KnM... even so I’m a little happy coz I’ve been 'shipping' the Shizuma/Nagisa couple...but Tamao got a few tears outta my eyes.. sweatdrop

as for the very ending I’m still trying to work out.. Nagisa returned to Tamao and she said "welcome back".... maybe Tamao thought she wouldn’t come back...or summat >.>? lol...

and for the fact my friends and I laughed at the church scene was because of the whole "shizuma-sama"... they were all like ' O.o "Shizuma", o.O "Shizuma", "shizuma-sama!"(the joke being the suffix '-sama' rhyming with '-zuma' in her name) ... and also the seriousness when Shizuma's like " Nagisa! I love you!"...and Nagisas full on running up to her shouting "shizuma-sama"...heeheehee...-_- I think I need to grow up a little bit....or alot.. sweatdrop

I liked how it ending and then I do. Seriously that was a bad way to end it. It just leaves you hanging. I wish they would have shown what happened the next year at school, or go through it until Nagisa got out of school. Now that would have been interesting. I love that Nagisa and Shizuma got together at the end. The whole thing about Shizuma runnning in and confessing that she loved Nagisa. Then them running out together.

I liked all the relationships. I always thought that Shizuma and Nagisa would be better than Nagisa and Tamao. Tamao always seemed a little stalkerish to me. ^ ^ And I liked Hikari and Armane ending up becoming Etoile. Don't so much enjoy the Yaya and Hikari thing...
I wish that there would be another season so that we could find out what happens in the next school year.
It was a good ending though...

I JUST finished it and I LOVED it, it went exactly how I wanted it to!

All through out the series, I was just WAITING for Shizuma to finally decide to chase after Nagisa, and she finally did! But I thought the way she did it was kind of funny, at first I thought she was going to walk up to Nagisa and slap her or something, cuz she looked pissed off, but then again, why would she.
I wasn't all for Nagisa and Tamao, you could just tell they weren't going to end up together, Nagisa just didn't have the feelings. I also had a feeling Nagisa and Shizuma wouldn't end up together, which made me fear the ending, but now I'm happy! biggrin I felt happier than I did when I finished my favorite anime.

It'd be cool if there was an OVA, even with a different generation of students. Perhaps a more detailed version of the story with Shizuma and Kaori? I'd like to see that..

omg, i really liked the ending, it was awesome, and just what i expected!!! i hope they either have another session, showing what happens after it, or an OVA showing all the different relationships before Nagisa came...maybe about Tamao and her "lonely room". that would be interesting.
