-> The Rules!

These are all the rules that you will need to know and follow while you use the Movie Maker Madness Forum. If a moderator moves your thread or deletes one of your posts and you don't know why, a good start is to come to this post and check to see you followed everything correctly when you made your thread!

1. Post topics related to the forum you are posting in only! That's videos, movies, and other kinds of creative works you yourself have made or created. Do no post a video or anything else that is not yours. Copyright laws DO exist. Check before you post!

2. Look before you post a new thread/topic! Try not to make a topic that already exists! It's fun to make your own, but if there is a thread already on the subject, try and keep any discussion there. Repeat threads will be moved.

3. Threads concerning non-entertainment subjects will be moved! Misplaced threads will also be moved.

4. Spamming posts within threads will be deleted and the user warned! Spam threads will also not be tolerated!

5. Bumping is allowed, but only in the bumping subforums please ^_^

6. Keep it clean! Don't post subjects that are above a PG-13 rating! Threads discussing pornography are allowed, if the subject matter is kept clean and an actual discussion is being held. This does not mean you can write a thread on 'Who likes the works of Rocky McPornstar?' as that isn't a discussion. Threads asking 'Do you like porn?' will be sent to the recycle bin as that's not an acceptable way to bring up the topic.

7. Trolling and flaming will not be tolerated. If someone has an opinion that is not like yours, calling them names will do nothing more than have a moderator warn you for abuse.

8. If your thread is moved and you aren't exactly sure why, please quote the pm that is sent to you by a moderator so we can know exactly what thread you are referring to. Considering mods move hundreds of threads a day its hard to keep track what user goes with what thread. ^_^ This goes for anywhere else on Gaia.

9. No matter how original you think your thread is, if there is an official thread that deals with the subject matter of your thread, the one you made will be sent to the recycle bin and you will be instructed to use the preexisting official threads.

10. Have fun and be creative!
