As of now this is more of a list detailing what needs to be... detailed.

Location- Outside of small town, 2000 population
Perimeter- Surrounded by electric fence, cameras, alarm, ect
Barracks- barracks, maybe individual rooms
Armoury- heavy walls, guns, basement
Fallout Bunker- underground bunker (Is someone going to try and nuke us or something?)
Firing Range- ranges, rather, pistol, rifle, sniper
Training Facilities- obstacle course, mock town, ect
Officers Quarters- I live here, it's the coolest part
Research and Dev- R&D (What are we going to research?)
Eating Place- Cafeteria
Leisure Places- Arcade type place w/computers, pool, ect
Garage- Stores vehicles as well as able to work on them
Ect.- yeah, almost as cool as my place

You may only be present in one of the threads in this subforum at a time, as that they are different locations and it would be physically impossible to be two places at once. If you're going to go to another thread, you'll have to make a transitional post that shows where you are going, and then the other one to show where you were coming from.

Take note however that this does not include the training threads and any RPs that may be in session at the moment. They're taking place in an alternate reality (obviously) and so you can be there and somewhere in the base at the same time.

1) I like the military style barracks. It makes us more professional. Secretive lives will just add to suspicion and it would take the team apart. Having barracks will make no secrets possible and we will all be a part of the team.

2) What entertainment? Radio, TV, just basic stuff. What are going to be using entertainment for anyway? We are a military guild, and we are probably going to be training for the most part, and the little time of entertainment would be lunch, bed, or breaks. I see no point in stages, plays, or movies, while here. Unless we all get a week off for vacation, it would not be used, due to lack of IC time.

3) As stated in the above, we should have no real entertainment other than basics. We should all have a laptop or computer of sorts in or on a desk near the bunks. Each bunk has a desk, and we place our laptops or computers on top, and we make reports of the day. The Dorms would let us type our thoughts out secretly, but as I said, secrets tear a group apart.

1) Yea, roommates work, but still. I have had the experience of secrets in a group. It tore us apart. This is IRL too. True, they can read in the barracks, but IC they don't know. Hell, if you want dorms, fine with me. I just think Military barracks impose a sense of teamwork and comradery.

2) But, what can we DO for entertainment? You have to remember, this is a forum. We can't really watch videos or plays, unless for some reason, we feel like posting a video or typing out everything. The only real thing that could work is radio, or papers, or books, since we can type those out and they would work on this medium. Even if we don't train all the time, we can't do anything too elaborate.

I think the point he's trying to make is that we can't be in two places at once, except when in OOC threads.

Here's a map of what I imagine the place to look like, for the most part. Don't really know what there is to comment on or question, but if you've got 'em, shoot away.
