Advancement Rubric

1. Amount of posts- this is self-explanatory, you need to show you will be active in this guild and post as much as possible. This only applies to the enlisted and NonComs. However, the person who grades them must at least be four ranks above the person in questions rank.

Rank-# of posts

Private 1st Class-25
Lance Corporal-50
Corporal-100
Sergeant-150
Staff Sergeant-200
Gunnery Sergeant-300
Master Sergeant-400
1st Sergeant-n/a (needs special recommendation + E-7 Rank)
Master Gunnery Sergeant-500
Sergeant Major- n/a (needs special recommendation + E-8 Rank)

Officers- One needs to be specifically promoted by the Captain or Vice Captain.

Note: Accounts for 10% of final decision, therefore it is not required that you have attained the actual amount of posts. It only applies if you decide to do one worded posts and such.

2. Post IQ- This grades how intelligently you post. If you constantly just 'bump' a page for gold, you will get an extremely low score for this. However if you can add somehing intelligent to a discussion, or place a new twist to an ongoing Role-Playing Game, then you will get higher scores for this. This accounts for 60% of your grade.

3. Track Record- this is where your past can come back to bite you in the a**. If you have shown to be just trouble or have shown that you come every now and again only to catch up on recent activity, you'll probably get low marks for this. However, if you show a certain amount of consistency while here posting, this can greatly aid you into getting an outstanding score. This accounts for 20% of the score.

4. Respect- being able to show that you will do anything (within reason) that your leaders ask of you without complaint can easily make the difference for anyone attempting to advance in this organization. This may count for only 10% of the score, but don't forget its your superior officers that finally decide wether or not you will advance. So showing respect (but not kissing their a**, as they hate that.) nwo matter what could easily get you bonus points.
