Yeah I have an Idea. How about we create a total overhaul of this. Put up some posters in the front page to entice new recruits, then get some more official posts up, like those for male and female barracks for genderized RP, then another area for regular RPing. Hell, why not take it further, invent some combat scenarios for us to practice with. It may not be much, but its certainly a start.

This is how I believe you should set up the subforums.
Moderators Forum (Restricted to those in crew and up.)
RPG Database (For any specs in weapons, profiles, etc.)
An OOC Forum (For any random poll-whoring and the like, a complete free-for-all that attracts more people because of its diversity.)
A Specific Intel Forum (Which you already have up. But restrict it like the Mods forum to prevent any counterintelligence ops from biting us in the proverbial a**.)

I also wish to have an RP Training Ground, which will have al sorts of scenarios that can help newer recruits advance quickly if they prove to be effective at RPing.

Lets like HELP PEOPLE OUT ON GAIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like taking little missions for rping and making profiles and such. every time someone completes a mission it should go to are rank progress. We should also class each misssion. Like profiles would be class a for hard and anything else would be class b or c. Class a gets you 20 points b gets 10 and c gets 5 . And we have to get to a 100 to rank.
