Ethereal is usually used to describe things beyond earth, usually associated with heaven or celestial relms. Also anything which lacks substance such as ghosts and spirits
Corporeal is of the body, physical, solid form
Dictionaries are wonderful things blaugh

yes they are...also, D&D (Dungeons & Dragons, a role playing game) deals with the ethereal a LOT. Its SO much fun!! xd

Well...my definition of Coporial is that it's physical...and it's our world. Ya know...the world of humans and blah blah blah....Etherial is the non-physical. A place that isn't actually completley seperate from our world. Although which one came into existance first? Coporial or Etherial? >_>;;;Another test for you all muwhahaha! rofl

Ethereal came first. hands down. And I agree with your definition. There actually seems to be many 'layers' of 'life' Coporial and ethereal are just the two main ones...Generally we can enter the ethereal when we have out of body experiences and such...I believe this was actually how one person tried to explain the ability to do readings and aura readings over the internet and phone. Their concious basically enters the ethereal 'plane' and they connect with the read-ee that way. An interesting concept really...and it kind of makes some kind of sense. Would you agree?
