Jikangan (time eye)
A special doujutsu that can see a short period into the future, every Jikan has the dormant version, but as soon as it awakens it releases the powers that it unlocks. It can be activated and deactivated at will as soon as you awaken it (in dormant version you have no benefits of it and therefore only the acivated bonusses are mentioned).
Jikan Tomaru (Time stop)
This jutsu stops the users body, and the world around him, no-one notices the stop since their minds are frozen as well. However, not the entire wold is stopped, the user has immunity in his eyes through the dormant Jikangan. He can still look around and think, so he can prepare for an incoming attack, or buy some time to think of a strategy
Jikan fuuin (Jikan Seal)
A seal placed on a Jikan when they reach chuunin rank or when they are considered mature enough to wield it. Whichever comes first. Most of the time is the latter option.
Mizu Seizo (Water creation)
A jutsu that creates enough water from oxgen and hydrogen so you can cast a jutsu where you need an enormous amount of water but when it is not present

An ice jutsu with which you can create weapons out of ice.

Same as Hyoton: Kooroseta Buki, but then for people who don't have the wind affinity.

Jikan Ryuu Kenjutsu:
Styles: kumo-tsurugi no do, kiritsurugi no do, mizutsurugi no do
A sword fighting style practiced by a lot of Jikan clan members, it can be practiced with any Japanese style sword longer then 2 shaku (which involves the wakazashi, ninja to, katana, and Nodachi) in one exception it has been modified into a style for a double aikuchi or tanto.
This style trusts mainly on the abilities most Jikans posses, like a moderate speed and a lot of chakra, and not so much on the strength of a person, on Dan rankings it even is hard for non Jikans to keep up since there are moves taught that only a Jikan can use because of their kekkei genkei, like Jikan Tomaru and the Jikan Fuuin. The moves basicly involve the use of the shunshin no jutsu a lot, which is teached to Jikans at a young age, and a bit of knowledge how to wield a sword is greatly advised.
The Jikan Ryuu Kenjutsu works with a Kyu and Dan system, just like normal budo-sports. Although it works a bit different, you start with the 5th kyu and when you learned the basics you climb up towards the first kyu, after that there are Dan rankings till the 4th Dan, of which non Jikans can only progress to the 2nd. From the 2nd kyu and higher there is also an age limit one must pass to continue to graduate.
Jikanha (time edge)
A move where you charge head on towards your opponent and as soon as you should hit you disappear using the shunshin no jutsu, you re-appear behind the opponent and strike him in the back
Requirements: shunshin no jutsu, 4th Kyu JRK (jikan ryuu kenjustu)
Training days: 4 (3 for Jikans, they learn jikan shunshin at young age)

you make a strike at the legs of the opponent, make a 360 spin and make an uppercut to finish the move

Ochiru no Jikan (fall of the Jikan)
an attack from above, you use the shunshin no jutsu to appear above your opponent and plunge your weapon into his shoulder, can also be used as a sneak attack from higher ground

you disappear using shunshin and appear together with two clones above the attacker, striking him with three attacks

this is a moving style where the practicer of JRK has learned how to fight without creating openings, therefore increasing their chances to avoid blows

a move where the time jutsus of the Jikan clan are used to alter the flow of time a bit using a lot of chakra

Ulitmate Time.
This is for the most powerful of the Jikan clan. They can slip through the time stream and choose to apear when they want. It takes an incredable amount of chakra and only one person has ever been able to use it.
Requirments: An almost limitless amount of chakra.

Time Furry: An extremly powerful sword atack that atacks at many differant angles at the same time making it impossable to block and almost impossable to dodge.
