It is a rare genetic condition where his body temperature is lower than normal. It is supposedly caused by unnaturally cold chakra. This gave Manndar an advantage of mastering both water and wind jutsus at once to quickly gain knowledge in ice, which he used to become kage. As he gets older, Manndar's body temperature continues to drop. Since the environment stays the same, he feels the effects of heat badly. This causes his life expectancy to be 45, when his eestimated temp will reach 32 farenheight. Personality: He is a carefree person who thinks outside of the box.... In fact, he can't even see the box he's so far away from it. People say he's weird, others say he loves pain too much but the heck with them. He likes how he is and refuses to change. Bio: The son of a minor noble, he managed to learn martial arts despite his duties. Feeling that his abilities were needed in a place other than his noble life, he left on a journey to become a student in the local ninja village. His personality is both kind and determined, though he can be a little arrogant - seemingly, all the traits of your average Shounen Jump hero. History: At age 5 I woke up one night on a hill alone. I have been on my own ever since. I can't remember anything at all before waking up that night. I heard about the academy and after being alone and feeling stupid, afraid, and alone all my life I applied right away. (We won't go there.)
Personality: A bit bubbly, I don't care what any one has to say. I train constantly. I think about eveything and find a way to link everything to something entirely irrelivent to it. I don't care about my past. I want a friend more then anything. The most important thing to me is my small dagger. (Pm me if you really want to know.)

Personality: Very nonemotional and a pratical joker. likes to read and enjoys learning about different interogation techniques. even though he seems nonemotional he actually cares a lot but just does not want his emotions to cloud his judgement so he does not seem to care. Blood Limit: pryokenesis and ability to see heat such as body heat when he activates his eyes also charka but can not see the tenketset... very high resistance to heat and flames... barely able to be burned. can tell the charka level of person he looks at. Appearence: long black cloak black shirt and black pants. pale crimson hair. wears a sheath with two broad swords on his left side. a mask like kakashi's that is normally on his neck. his eyee are black till he activates his eyes then they go into a look like sauron's eye. :  weapons: broadswords (think zuko) shuriken with special engravings. one gun that is hidden on body... holds darts. Jutsu: most fire jutsu. and a good amount of lava jutsu. also a good amount of genjutsu. and most earth jutsu. (for more jutsus see my profile) (he specializes in ninjutsu hence the reson he knows a good amount of them... his main jutsus are lava jutsu but he uses them as a last resort because they are really powerful. instead he uses his fire jutsu and earth jutsu for protection. also he uses a lil wind jutsu but not to any great effect.) Village: this one. was trained by his father who's grandfather was from knonha originally and mothers family was from the hidden smoke village. Bio: . his past is unknown but his parents died in a fire. also a very able with swords and knives. when his parents diied he took in all of their jutsus and he also has the chakra copacity of at least kisame... and he is a master sword fighter namely the silent homocide technique. not originally from here though. very skilled with posions. found Evan when he was out wondering. Genin that he teaches: Koori no Twilight, Rin Jacobs, Ookami, White Silverblade.

Name Narkosa kosa for short age 16 eyes: light blue Hair: dark blonde Height: 5'8 with weights: 932 without weights: 132 Rank: Genin chakra colors: Black and blue element:wind Taijutsu: Blind eye: A form that come from the Byakugan eye Jutsu: beast mimicry, shadow clone, substitution, creative mind, weapons: 5 incenerary shurikins throwing stars a katana newest weapon Wolf wind fan History: Narkosa ran away from home as the Hyugan began their blood wars killing all those who weren't a full blood Hyugan. After a few days of running narkosa found a small wolf pup left alone to die. Narkosa decide to revive the pup and ever since they have been inseperable. ANother couple of months past as he eneter the new village not having much training he decides to joinn the academy in hopes of becoming a great ninja. Personalty: after he ran away he is shy and distant then he starts to act alot different if you get to know him

Jutsus: water dragon jutsu, hidden mist jutsu, crystsal ice mirrors, water and cloud clone jutsu, shadow clone jutsu,and wind scythe jutsu Weapons: all but best with senbon or scythe Homeland: land of waves then land of fire rank:genin History: rayah is a member of a very wealthy family, she is the 2nd cousin toone of the main heads of the clan. but when rayah's cousin's father killed both his wife or rayah's aunt and himself, rayah went out and tried to live on her own. rayah ended up in the land of fire's hidden leaf village and was tooken in by another wealthy family. a couple of years later the whole clan was massicered(sp?) by a masked asailent(sp?). after that rayah just lived on her own (age 12 now). she has been a nomad ever since. but has made plenty of friends.
