ok, i think Sakura should have won because she's strong and she had a better reason to want to win besides for Sasuke. she also wants to be the best konoichi she can be.

I think Sakura should have won; not just because I like her better than Ino, though. Because Sakura had gotten a lot stronger than before, so I think she had the strength to have been able to win. Plus, Ino was trying to cheat(you know, by taking over her body and attempting to say "I give up"). So I don't think Ino deserves it. 3nodding

I agree here, too. Sakura should've won. But outside the battle, I don't have any negative feelings for Ino like some Sakura fans. I hope that they will end up being friends again...someday.

Anyway, I like them tied and I know that Kishimoto did that for a reason so who am I to change it? 3nodding

I agree with the tie, not only because I'm a fan of both Sakura and Ino, but also because it would not have been fair to have had either one win.
Ino actually has a jutsu, where as sakura is showing more emotional growth and strength. For Ino to lose would have been odd because she is pyshically stronger, but it would have been unfair for Sakura to lose because she is a main character, and has shown so much growth.

I think that Sakura should have won (Not just becuase i hate ino to my inner core) but becuase 1) she is a main character 2) she had a better reason to try and win (were as ino wanted to show off infront of Sasuke) 3) she has grown so much stronger, emotionally and mentally
4) ino needed somone to kick her a**

I think Sakura should have won, and not because I think she has gotten which she has, but because from the beginning she had the drive to defeat Ino even if she held back at first. Sakura though was the one who had to push Ino to fight her fairly (by fairly I mean give her a fair fight by trying her best and not going easy on her because she was a friend.) To me Sakura had more fighting drive than Ino had and that is why I think Sakura earned a win.

Perhaps it wasn't meant to be considered as cheating, but I still think she shouldn't have tried to take her over to force her to quit. She should have kept fighting against Sakura until one of them lost or something.
Just my opinion. ^^; I do agree that Kishimoto had them tie for a reason, though. I just wish Sakura would have won. >.< Just wishful thinking, I suppose.

The first time they fought was a tie and I agree that it should be that way. But if they were to fight again, Sakura will win. Because you can see how Sakura trains really hard after the exams. Ino? I think I only saw her selling flowers or something. I'm sure they both have gotten stronger and more mature but I think Sakura is ahead of Ino. 3nodding

I was happy with the tie =3 Because they were meant to be equal at the time?
And yeah. I don't think Ino getting into Sakura's mind is cheating because it was allowed. Mmhm. xd

Okay, maybe I shouldn't have put it that way. Ino didn't try to cheat, because it was allowed, but I still think she should have fought with her all-out until one of them won, lost, or they tied. I mean, that move is really just supposed to be for spying, not for fighting(Shikamaru mentioned that in the anime and manga, even). So I just didn't think she should have done that. .-. I dunno, maybe it's just me, though. *shrugs*

As much as I wanted Sakura to win...I wouldn't have the heart to ask kishimoto to change it...maybe because I write manga I want people to see it the way I do...thats why I tend to stick with the writers intened pairings...I would want fan girls running around writing fan fics of Morgana and Vlad when I want Lio and Morgana and Vlad and Anja...and I wouldn't want then to say oh this should'a happened...I respect his desicion, even though I wanted sakura to win! lol cry man...Anyways I hope somebody understands what I'm trying to say...its hard to explain I guess...
