Of coarse it's a forest theme and the forest stretched out for miles. Unknown wonders wait at every turn and you never know what you might find.

Anju woke from her sleep with a jolt. What had thought to be a peaceful nap had now turned into a horrible nightmare. 'What's going on?....' she asked herself as she closed her eyes to catch her breath.

Vemi was in her maiden from, her long black hair flowed with a small breeze that blew through the forest. Her red kimono flowing ith an unkown wind, she glanced around with her black tired eyes. Red butterflies followed her every movement, she was in human form and looked like a goddess, Her form was slender an her gait was smooth. She looked up, the sun shone through a few leaved, making the place glow with a soft golden haze. She sat upon soft heather, her hair floated for a moment then fell gracefully around her over her kimono. A butterfly cam near her, she touched it apethetically with her right index finger, and it instantly poofed into ashes. She watched them fall emotionlessly and gazed at the golen orbs of dust that floated in the air. She had lived for so long without anyone, life seemed to have no purpose anymore.

After a moment Anju had calmed down quiet a bit but she was still shaking slightly. 'I wonder why these nightmares keep coming to me?' she asked herself and she looked around at her surroundings. Everything was exactly how it was when she had gone to sleep. She sighed and tried to relax a bit more. It has been two years since she left home and she was starting to miss it quite a lot. She closed her eyes and let her mind drift on fawn(sp?) memories of her brother and mother. They had all been very close and when her mother died everything began to fall apart.

Vemi fell foreward suddentl, she vanished but her kimono was left behind, and out poIt was Vemi. She twisted her head this way and that Sensing others in this dense forest. She walked a little off the branch then jolted into the air, the thick air ctching beneath her wings, she flew as far as she could, and heard rustling nearby, and flew high up into a nearby tree and looked down, and saw a girl, who appeared to have just fallen asleep. She watched the girl, for she hadn't seen a human since she was a little girl.

Anju opened her eyes again. She could never seem to fall back asleep once she had woken up. She looked down to see small wild flowers growing next to the tree. She smiled and watched them blow in the light breath that filled the air. After a moment she pulled herself together and shivered against the cold wind. 'I wonder how father is doing on this cold, sunless day....' she thought and she let her mind drift away with her thoughts of her old home. She let out a deep sigh.

Vemi cocked her head, her black eyes glistened, she called out a sharp cry into the empty air to the girl, she wanted to learn more of this girl, she suddenly felt a sense of purpose.

Anju froze in place. 'What was that......' she asked herself as she looked around. After a moment she stood up.
"Who's there?" she asked in a loud tone.

She cried again and flew over the girl and landed on her head, looking down at her face.

Anju tensed slightly. She had never seen a creature like that and wondered what it could be. She stood there as still as a statue, waiting to see what the creature would do.

Her curiosity got the best of her and she flew to the ground and flapped her wings, causing the dry leaves to swirl around her.
Soon they enveloped her, and she grew into her native form, he long blue hair fell at her sides, she was wearing a black hunter's tunic and ntted leggins, but no shoes.
"Who are you?" She asked, her face very close to the girl's. her bright green eyes watching her curiously.

Anju looked at the girl in suprise. She searched for her voice and when she finally found it, it was barely a whisper.
"My name's Anju." she said and she gazed into the creature's green eyes.
