as for me Im from the Bay or YAY area in California and the music that comes from there is some of the best there is. Such artists like Mac Dre, Mistah F.A.B, champ bailey, Keak Da Sneak, and E-40 have completey change the music industy in California and you have to go a long way to find someone who doesnt know their names.
besides hyphy music im also into gangster rap or Norteno Rap. Its a powerful type of music about the lives of Northern gang members and everyone (exept those punk a** scraps) should give the music a chance. so list your underground favorite artists here

i gotta alotta favourite undergroud rappers. i'm from the upper gerard and coxwell are in toronto. i LIVE the northern gangsta scene. my man white fro, Guillatein, ALL of 5 deuce including joshwa, sice & city, ill will and twist and of course moi 2-fACE. all of the undergroud is the best. they LIVE their lyrics. WE live our lyrics. we call out beef with lyrics. our lives revolve around music and keepin our block strong. mainstreem rap is SO sugarcoated. its a bunch of BS and we as a neighbourhood know it (except The game and the whole Dipset byrd gang collabo & yung jeezy). UNDERGROUND rules my city.
