Many crews I've seen so far only have about 5-7 people on board... or who are actually rpers and not non-player roleplayers... Anyway a captain's job is to recruit new crew members for the whole war thingy... Most pirates crew can't make it with only about 10 members, and even if you can, theres still a chance where a person that your gonna need the most is injured and can't do anythin... like the ships doctor... or maybe because your ship doesn't have a doctor, the cook... or the captain... or navigator... etc. A captians responsibility is to recruit, lead, and trust his crew. To make things easier, I'll post some pirates who seem active and available. For anyone who is of those requirements and don't see their name pm me or somethin...
