Sea Moonkis have a very interesting breeding ritual. When a female Sea Moonki and a male Sea Moonki love each other they find a kelp bed where they can cuddle, and then after a night of cuddling they move to lay eggs inside a piece of coral. Once they have laided the eggs the will leave them. However, they will not be allowed to breed again for at lest 2-3 weeks.
Typically Breedings are male/female breeding only. There will be anywhere from 2 to 3 corals from a breeding you may only keep one form the breeding. You can either give the other to a friend, auction it off or give it to us to sell.
But, there is a time when a special moon cycle causes the tides to shift. This causes an unbalance in the physical make up of some SMs. This change will allow a Male/Male or a Female/Female breeding to ocurr.
Male/Female breedings are at present 2k, when there is a spot open you bring your SMs to us and we will put them into a pen of your choice. You will get them back within a week if all goes well.
Male/Male and Female/Female breedings at present cost 2k. We will inform you when a Tide shift will occur. They well go into one of our Tide shift breeding pens and in a week you will get the results.
