Well, just so we don't confuse people, Itachi and Sakura is still a crack couple. The two really haven't had any interaction what so ever. Itachi more than likely doesn't even know who Sakura is!

Itachi has met Sakura once when they headed to Suna to save Gaara.
And Itachi and Sakura only have a five year age difference, It is not child molesting. (my friends tell me that everytime I mention I like this couple so just stating it for the uptenth time. sweatdrop )

itachi and sakura are ment to be together! its like they are soul mates! in a alternate universe where sakura isnt a fangirl and gets over sasuke adn they dont end up happy together AND itachi isnt a cold cold ignorant b*****d. of course
