roda3z if u could create an erken invader who would she or he be? Why write "erken" when it is made clear so many times in this guild that the correct spelling is Irken? Why go out of your way to spell it wrong? But back to your question. Actually I made several characters of my own, most of them being sir robots, but I made one invader. I made them 3 or 4 years ago though so I don't remember what her name was. I know that I gave her zig-zag antennas and boots like Tak except altered. I think she had bows on the antennas too. Shoot. What was her name?! I guess I'll have to look for old drawings.

I make up characters, sometimes because I need to asign my inner voices to an image of sorts. Usually, my fancharacters are on the massive, on another planet, or trying to kill Zim for some strange reason (Or a combonation of some).... Usually, they have very important jobs such as being a royal gaurd or some tech, fixxing control brains and such. At other times, they are Irken, robot experiments that have to pose as a royal, lest the general Irken public learns of the horrors. At other times, they are bounty hunters.... It's rare to see me make an actual invader, though... I only made up two... sweatdrop

My lone Irken fancharacter has a developed backstory to his name. Vox, the Irken Mentat, is a lieutenant technician who worked various research bases and the Massive's bridge for a while before retiring to Earth. His purpose was to gather information on the humans' technological achievements for his more personal works. He designed seven robots that relate to the Robot Masters from Mega Man legend, a custom Spittle Runner with sonic weapons instead of lasers, and the ability to repair a defective Pak without killing the Irken in question. His biography and equipment list can be found at my website dedicated to him and a few other things.

I already have created an Irken Invader Her name is pabbel. I created a SL for her too. She started off small and really didn't seem to look like she was going to grow too much, but after being away on long missions the tallest had assigned her, she had grown quite a lot. Eventually after completing many missions she became an Irken Elite (which is basically the Irken Solidger Special Operations). Later in the years she eventually became a tallest. (Here begins my rant. You have been warned.)
Why does everybody create Irken Invaders that want to conquer Earth? Why does everybody create girls that fall in love with Dib and want to expose Zim alongside him? I don't mean to complain here, but what is it with such cliched fancharacters that almost always turn out to be Mary-Sues anyway?
If it's not an Irken Invader, its a Tallest that replaces Red and Purple or a Tallest that rules alongside Red and Purple. To see so many fan made Invaders (when there are thirty existing Invaders, not counting Tak and Zim) and Tallests simply saturates the fanfiction community with mediocre characters.
And on top of that, why do people give their fancharacter Invaders SIRs that act just like GIR and have GIR-like names? GIR is a one of a kind SIR Unit! He should never be replicated, or else his individuality in the show is cheapened! If you make a good Invader, give him or her a SIR Unit that reflects or complements the personality! Look at Tak's SIR Unit, MiMi, for some good pointers.
People should make Irken fancharacters that are neither Invader or Tallest. Somebody has made an Irken that has almost nothing to do with the established story, and another has actually made a Control Brain fancharacter! My Irken character is not an Invader or Tallest, but a technician instead.
Come on people, make some GOOD fancharacters here! There are too many Invaders, Tallests, GIRs and Dib stalkers out there! Break the mould and go for something nobody has done before!
