How its going down.

This year when you enter the Secret Santa event (its not a contest) you will be given a random number that only I will know.
You will need to submit a list of items that you would like to get something from (like a Christmas list wink ) with a limit of 3,500 gold. This doesnt mean you have to pick one item that costs that much, you are welcome to put on a bunch of lesser priced items in hopes of getting a few of them.

Another person who enters will receive your list (secretly of course, please don't share who's list you got until it is time to do the trades)
It is up to them to hopefully get you something from your list though who knows. There is no hard limit (though 3,500 is suggested as a maximum to keep things fair for everyone and hopefully not hurt anyones wallet too much) If anyone wants to splurge on someone else that is fine, though please don't boast about it.

After everyone that wants to enter has entered I will draw numbers and then match people up -randomly- and send out the user name, # and wish list of the person they get.

The deadline to sign up will be the 18th of December and I will send out names and numbers on the 19th. Beginning on Christmas eve you may send out trades to the person you are getting a gift (or gifts as the case may be) for!

If you have any questions please post, and if it is found someone cheats and decides not to send out a gift to another person out of spite but signs up to get one themselves, they will be summarily booted form the guild, drawn and quartered.

So, in summary:

1. We post here that we wish to participate.
2. We then prepare a list of some items we would like to have. They could be anything costing up to 3500g either by itself or smaller items that our SS could get to total roughly that amount.
3. We send you our list in a PM.
4. You give the list a number.
5. After the submission deadline, you will assign each participant a number which will correspond with someone elses list, then you will send us the list and we can go shopping. On Christmas Eve or sometime shortly thereafter, we will send a trade to the person whose list we have and our secretness will be revealed.
