Sono Kanee did one of her awesome psychobabbles on it, which I really like:

The pairing where everyone guessed the wrong Fenton. Heh.
When I think about it, Sam and Jazz don't have a lot of direct contact. Kind of sad, really. Though, Sam and Jazz do seem to understand each other better than Danny or Tucker do with either or them. In My Brother's Keeper, Sam tries to assure Jazz that Danny's behavior is normal and does it in a way that was being far more successful than what either Danny or Tucker said. Sam also seems to try what must be a more successful route to try and manipulate Jazz, like trying to throw her off of Danny by comparing her to her parents after Jazz saw Danny. (Of course, that failed because Jazz saw too much.)
Sam and Jazz seem quite level headed usually. I don't see them in a passionate relationship, but would definitely be a stable one. Jazz would know how to talk to Sam without Sam's stubbornness or pride taking over her reason and Sam seems to understand Jazz's personality pretty well. They both try to be different from what their parents are(Though Jazz is more for external reasons, I believe). They both stick to their opinions and are very loyal to loved ones. Both are quite smart and very athletic.
The only problem I can see in their relationship is if something happens where they have very different views on how it must be approached. Sam is stubborn in what she chooses to be right and Jazz believes she must always be right. Though, they'd probably find a way around that after their error is pointed out by someone else close to them.
Both of them would do quite well with each other, I believe, and have a very happy relationship. (They'd probably get together sooner when they realized their feelings too instead of denial a lot of characters who get put in a same sex relationship would have. Heh.)
