Several years have passed since colonel Mustang took over the command of the army. Now as the new Fuher-President he tries to restore the world to peace. But recently there are some strange things happening. Strange rumors about new homunculi and a new army destroying everything along the East border.......Now is the time for new hero's to rise and fight or for new villians to take the world!

Bio: Kaito used to be an ordinary alchemist, but when he tried to bring back his wife by using alchemy he was cursed and casted away by the people in his village. A few years past and then he decided to join the army. Now he works there as a major, still trying to revive his wife.

"Not again, i didn't even had a break!" Kaito tought as he was walking up to the militairy command building. As he walked the stairs several people reconised him. When they looked at him you could clearly see that they were disgused. Kaito didn't look at them, he was used to it now. When he finally came to the Fuhrer Presidents office the secretary welcomed him. "Please have a seat, the Fuhrer is now in a conversation with other officers. He will be soon finished, please wait in the meantime." Kaito looked at her and then at the seat she was pointing. He nodded and sat down.

Izzy ran as quick as she could to hear what the Fuher had to say. When she reached the office, she was out of breath. She turned her head to the left while panting to see Kaito sitting in a chair. "Oh, hello." She said smiling. "How are you today?" She asked catching her breath.

Izzy brightened up and smiled real big. "That's wonderful!" She said. "Oh.. but I can't leave.. I have to wait to hear what the Fuher has to say.." She said half-smiling now. In the other room, she heard words being exchanged about Izzy getting a promotion to first lieutenant. Izzy smiled even more. "That just made my day." She said. Havoc happend to walk right in the room and saw Izzy standing there.

Havoc walked straight towards the secretary, ignoring her. Then he walked back and looked at her. He blink once and the screamed: "Izzy?!! Is that you!? Hahahahaha, i haven't seen you since....since..."
He stopped, because Kaito aswel the secretary were looking at him confused.
"Eh...i mean...second Luitenant Serengetti!" he said as he took a formele position.
"Please state the reason why you're here."

Izzy got a little nervous, because of the way Kaito and the secretary were looking at her. "Well, second lieutenant Havoc, I'm waiting to hear what the Fuher has to say. I heard the good news about you getting a promotion to Major. Congratulations." She said blushing and smiling.

"Geez...so now everybody knows.." he said as he light up a sigaret. "Sorry for being so strict and formele, but our new Fuher said i should act more like a officier from now on...geez...but now everyone knows it, i figure it doesn't matter anymore..." He looked around then he continued as he puffed out some smoke. "But..why are you here?"
