Alright MegaCon Gaia meeting plans are underway!!! Heres some info!
The meet will be held in The Food Court in Hall C.
Which is located on lvl 1 of Hall C. --> Floor Map of the Convention
----> EXACT GAIA MEET LOCATION!
THE MEETING WILL BE TAKING PLACE AT 1PM ON SATURDAY MEGACON WEEKEND.Heres a list of gaians whom are going:Chief-Chan

Im not sure when or where the meet-up should be since this is basically my first megacon, but I can bring my Ipod and speakers to the meet-up for some music.suu

Yay this Is my first Megacon as well, but I think someone should have a big sign or something so we can find them easier. From the pictures I have seen the convention center seems pretty big.
And we should have a ramen eating contest. mrgreen Or a mall raid or something, where we go around town in a group and scare the general public. heh.

cuz at amano's world the (fun-fear) of being glomped at random times by gaians was great.

*does a little administrative housecleaning, keeps behind the scenes things behind the scenes* ninja
In answer to the questions though:
As it will be in the largest hall, Hall C, this year [oh how we missed that place] there's a foodcourt in front of, and to the left of the dealer's room [if you're facing the DR entrance] with plenty of tables and space. We actually had the meetup there last year, even though it was a sad and empty place.
I kinda view meetups more as a meet - n - greet, a place to hang before you head back to the dealer's room or off to the panels or contests or whatnot. Some people seem to only stop by and say hi, while others hung out for a bit.
At AFO, [she's gonna kill me for forgetting her name] had a treasure/scavanger hunt that was a pretty big hit.

That would be extremely fun. eek I'm sorry to rain on your parade, but with the 501st ( www.fl501st.com ) and the Wolfpack (www.wolfpack-scifi.org) there will be no way that you can scare Mega by the way, the wolfpack boards are not PG-13 at all

That would be extremely fun. eek I'm sorry to rain on your parade, but with the 501st ( www.fl501st.com ) and the Wolfpack (www.wolfpack-scifi.org) there will be no way that you can scare Mega by the way, the wolfpack boards are not PG-13 at all Actually she said scare the "general public" which we might have a better chance of doing compared to the 501st. They're more known to the public than most anime characters, so who looks more freakish? biggrin

greeting fellow florida con goers...(ill work on that greting) but anyways about a meet up im thinging of something meby a lil more simple im thinking bages im a real wiz with pant shop and can have a desent gourp bage in under a hour if you dont already have someone working that idea but and i also have a meet up idea to you know how they have thous atomaic doors that look like ther from the airport they lead to nice hallways taht arnt realy that crowed so that my meet up idea and pm me if you like the bage idea if no one else is doing that im all ninja like but please take my idea into consteration i alredy have the saport of one of the other members here broken outcast angle i think is her name but plase get back to ok

That might be a little difficult considering the location. But I named the food court being that if you're going to have food, that might be the best place so security doesn't get upset with people eating elsewhere. I haven't verified if that would be a problem though.
Also it's a *very* easy location to find. ^^
