Threats = possibly one of my favorite bands. heart

I have a gigantic record collection too, family inheritance...all my dad's good ole UK Subs and the Ramones and s**t from "back in the day".

I don't think I want to type all that up. Besides, I don't think I'll have time considering I have to go to work...eventually.

GBH, Sex Pistols, Clash, Buzzcocks, Tool, APC, Radiohead, The Cure, The Germs, Suicide, Living Things, Dredg, Ramones, Boontown Rats, Coldplay, Clinic, The Damned, John Lydon, The Misfits, Demented Are Go, Velvet Underground, Black Flag, Vibrators, X-ray Spex, The Slits, Smashing Pumkins....

I prolly missed a lot...and because I'm cheap and have no ride to Cheapo, I got a lot of CDless songs.

The Doors, Pink Floyd, The Havoc, Bright Eyes, Mars Volta, Murder By Death, Richard Hell and the Voidoids, Angelic Upstarts, The Decotchkas, Cheap Sex, Minor Threat, Dead Kennedys, The Exploited, Bjork, Blind Melon, Concrete Blond, King Crimson

And all the ******** colors of the rainbow...

Records are still cool. CDs are being cried over because of their demise to Ipods...but what about cassettes!?!? I remember when those things were still cool....and how all the older kids on the bus had portable cassette players. It sounds so much cooler than MP3 or CD.... ******** abbreviations for everything. Makes you forget how to spell, see?

nah my collection is a joke, I have over 400 burned cds but I only have 3 trojan box sets, a half dozen ska compilations, some old rammstein cds from my earlier days, and a few old oi albums

but what I'm really proud of are

The Glorystompers: ninesixnineseven
The Business: Singles
4skins: Best of the 4skins

and something I picked up this morning was

Crucial Change: American Made.

I spent the night (well actually early morning to late afternoon, we were partying late) on their lead singer: Tyler's floor. He gave me the copy for free as well as a St. Andrews patch for my flight jacket. They might be touring the west coast sometime and I'm encouraging their manager Allie to take them out East, so keep your eyes and ears open. They are one of the most amazing bands to ever come out of Seattle. The Butchers have been the only other Oi! act, but CC never dissapoints.

check them out on myspace.

(as for this being a shameless promotion, I figure I owe them for the beer and the place to crash last night)

Yah...there's no way I'm going to type up the names of all of my cds.
Most of the cds I own anyway are either collections or burned.
I have a lot of cassettes, which were just ones either I found at garage sales or were given to me. Stuff like the Pagan Babies and Exploited.
