I ran just under 150 miles during crosscountry season this year. I need to get back out running again. I was going to go on a run at like five'o'clock this mornin but the person I was going to run with didn't show up to pick up my friend and me so I went back to bed. I love running. I've been really busy lately so I havnb't got to run much and its way to cold. I've been thinking that I need to go to the gym and run on the tred mill till it warms up every day. Do you think thats a good idea?

I ran in cross country but i did not really keep track of how many miles I ran. I ran every day though and did at least 4-5 miles a day sometimes more. I have not been running lately however

Average was 3 to 4 miles. If it was a hard day we would go up to 10. Now that was awesome.
