Update: After some negotiation at the event thread, xyzse has agreed to give up 1/3 of his soul if someone solves the puzzle. Well, here is my point, i'll claiming this as my share, i don't care about the letter, i claim xyzse's soul if we solve this xD OKay? No spliting, back off D< mrgreen

The title is My New Puzzle Poem the middle could be refering to a certain part of the title, but the more makes me think it's something overall, so I was guessing it to be villanelle, but it doesn't work, and neither do any of the other terms I've tried.
