Vicktory walked into a cute snow covered town in Romaina. She wrapted her fuzzy white scarf around her neck and mouth tightly. She had her hood up to not atracted attention to herself. Vicktory's sapphire blue eyes looked around seeing no one she hurryed to find a inn to stay in for the night then she would contuine on her journy to escape her captors. Her white boots cruched the snow as she walked making her cloak scrape the ground lightly.

Jack sat in the Inn, alone with a bottle full of rum. He stared at it, but didn't drink it. He sighed and set it down. The inn keeper stood behind the main counter, taking registry or something. His green eyes searched the place for a sign of life, but his color blindness left him unable to find anything interesting.

Vicktory found the inn and walked into it. She took off her hood and shook out her ankle lenght radient sun blonde hair. She walked over to the check in counter and asked,"excuse me I need a room for the night do you have one avalible?" She waited as the clerk check. Then he gave her a key and she payed him. Vicktory walked up the staires to her room. She took off her cloak and scarf to revlie her cristal cross and a long sleeved white dress. She walked back down and sat by the fire with a romance book in her hands. She started to read as soon as she got comfortable.

Jack eyed the girl up and down as she walked in, checked in, came back down and sat. He moved not a inch the entire time. He examined her hair from a distance, then her dress. He sat emotionless and watched.

Vicktory felt eyes on her so she looked up and saw a man watching her. She gave him a single glance then looked back down at her book and tryed to consentrate on it since it was one of her favorite novels.

Jack caught sight of her blue eyes and was immidiately interested. He watched her more intently. He broke the stare and took out his knife. He looked at the keeper and as he went into the back room. Jack got up and carved a target in the wood wall. He walked all the way across the inn and stood at the opposite wall. He began throwing his knife at the target. Each time he always got a bullseye.

"Sir is there a reason for your seeming distructive behavore?" Vicktory asked as she truned a page in her book only slitly annoyed by the consent sound of a knife being thrown. Vicktory didn't mind it she was use to it back when she was little in Japan.

Jack looked over at her. "Maybe I just feel like doing it." he said, then threw it one last time, throwing the blade so hard the knife was half was in the wood. Jack smirked and walked over to the target. He stared at the knife for a moment, proud of himself, then took it out easily. He threw it then right above the fireplace. He smirked again and walked over to the fireplace to retrieve it.

Vicktory put the bookmark in her spot and closed the book with a snap. She stood with grace and took out the knife with ease. She exsamined it carefully going over little details of its crafesmanship.

It had a silver blade and slightly curved. The handle was made of leather, but torn by years of use. On the handle also was a carving of a wolf howling to the blade. Jack walked over to her with a smug look and stood in front of her. He heldout his hand expecting her to put it in his hand. He stared devilish into her blue eyes.

"Nice knife...I have dozens of them but not made like yours. There much smaller and they are easy to throw."Vicktory said putting the knife carefully into his hand. She closed eyes and sat back down gracefully as she opened her book again. She opened her eyes and started to read silently. "What is your name sir..?" She asked after a while.

Jack flicked the blade back into it's holder and looked down at her. "Jack. You?" he asked examining the knife in the holder. he didn't see what's so special about it.

"Do you want my real name or my English name?" Vicktory repiled looking up at him with a delicate eyebrow raised. She pulled out her bookmark which happened to be a knife. It was small and had a loop at the bottom of it the handle was wrapt in white and the blade was black. It looked like an arrow head but is was to big to be one.

Jack raised his eyebrow as well and looked at her book mark. "Which one is easier to say?" he asked, trying to get a giggle, but knew it might not work.

"Both...So which one do you want to hear or should I just tell you both of them?" Vicktory repiled twirling her bookmark on her finger carefully and with ease. She knew that she wouldn't hurt herself with it so she just was careful in case cause it was very sharp.
