is there anyone on particular that may have helped spark your interest in satanism? have a satanist you admire? post em here and tell us why!
id have to say i admire blanche barton and peggy nadramia. partly because theyre females, (go girl power and all that jazz) but mostly because of their contribution to the cos and their written works including satanic feminism and my dark, satanic love. when i was first starting to do my reserch on satanism, those two are the first essays i found and i was hooked. i was fascinated at how passionate they both were to their craft. (plus, theyre both sexy to boot, if they were single, id date em wink )

My friend Andy got me interested in Satanism....Since being raised in a Christian family being forced to goto church...At first I was skeptical. But, then it caught my attention. After reading the Satanic Bible for the first time...I finally knew where I belong, and that is beside my lords....Even though my friend is Athiestic Satanist. I do believe that God is in fact real. Aswell as Jesus.(Brought up in Christianity don't blame me. lol) But I have denounced their "Dog" and opened my eyes to the true holders of happiness and earthly wonders...I love the new me...And I use this new passion to bring the word of Satan to new ears... Christians may persecute, and condemn me to everlasting Suffering...But I just tell them I'll see them in the same place if that's where I am going...Because in the Bible...Doesn't it say "Judge not, lest ye be judged?" Hail Satan.

KerriganBryce Hey, hello! How about somebody giving some lurve to the man, eh? Poor LaVey, he is being left out in the cold! wink heart Hell yeah! It's the wikipedia entry that led me to him. I saw the Wikiquote thing, and was instantly in love with the religion. "It's too bad stupidity isn't painful," is what originally caught my eye. The ones that caused me to look it up...Well, it was several people, and their sig banners, and also the increased amount of Baptists calling me a satan-worshipper that week. LaVey's still my hero though.

I was actually watching this show once on satanism with my mom and they were trying to explain what satanism was and that they dont worship the devil and stuff, so I decided to look it up myself. (My mom thinks it's creepy or whatever because she is chrisian and that's why I can never tell her I'm satanist). They also said some stuff on LeVey and that was cool. xd

The one I respect the most is LaVey himself, I mean without him there would be no LaVeyan Satanism.
One of my friends introduced me to Satanism, this is ironic as he is a die-hard Christian (yet he somehow doesn't take it to ridiculous lengths). I was at first skeptical, thinking it to be devil worship (I had already been atheist for over a year and I wasn't about to worship another deity) but I searched on wikipedia and I was pleased to be wrong (for once).
That's my conversion story over, sorry for the long post but I've been away from my keyboard for months and have had a lot to say.
