The Quest Thread forum is for any gaian wishing to quest for Hespierdens of the shop, Gate to Hesperides. But before we're flooded, I would like to state a few rules to keep things in order~ wink Following are several important questions [answered] and guidelines/rules.
#1: Please only make ONE Quest thread.
This makes it easier to me [Dawnie] to go through the quests without having to sort through the quest threads by one gaian. It also makes it easier for you to keep track of everything altogether! :3 You're allowed to have as many quests as you want ongoing, but only use one quest thread.
#2: Please do not "hog" certain cosplays.
In other words, please do not quest for several Riku cosplays (ex. do not quest for both a Riku cosplay Itoku and Riku cosplay Minya). If you want a Riku cosplay, only quest for one Riku cosplay, not a Riku cosplay for several species of Hespierden. You are however, allowed to quest for several different cosplays at a time (ex. you could quest for both a Link and Sora cosplay minya). If you finish questing for a certain cosplay character, you can quest for the same cosplay for a different species. Just don't "claim them all" at a time.
#3: Questing IS NOT Reserving!
This mostly applies to cosplay quests. Obtaining a cosplay Hespierden is strictly "first come first serve". If it is sold in an event before you manage to acquire it, sorry! If someone else manages to bribe it or get a commission slot for it before you, sorry! But hey, you can always quest for it as another species (ie. if the minya version of the cosplay is taken, you can quest for an itoku cosplay instead)!
Why should you quest?
It always means we know what you want in the event you win a monthly nomination! It also encourages others to donate to your quest! Also, having an active quest allows you to join in charity raffles hosted by the shop.
What can we NOT quest for?
Questing is pretty much open to anything. But I've tried to create a somewhat reasonable list of things that we will not allow Hespierden of (and therefore, you should not quest for).
- Anything heavily religious [Buddha, God, etc.]
- Any real life human being [any political figure, an actor, etc.]
- Alternate forms of the same cosplay-species combo.
Example: If Person A owns a sailor scout version of a cosplay as a minya, Person B cannot quest for a princess version of the cosplay as a minya, but Person B CAN quest for a princess version of the cosplay as an itoku, etc.
What are the "Charity Raffles"?
These are free raffles hosted by the shop to grant a dream Hespierden to the winner [quester]. The only requirements is that you have a [active] quest thread here that is at least a week old. The winner will receive the the dream Hespierden, but he/she will have to pay the amount that she has acquired funds for. So keep your funds up to date please! Also, you may only enter one dream Hespierden into a charity raffle. This is to give everyone an equal chance to win. Charity raffles are held at random times.
