The River of Life pours into the Lake of Souls, deep underground within the Shimmering Caverns of South Meifu. The Caves shine with an unearthly glow, hence its name and echoes with the voices of its earth inhabitants.....both alive and not....
This area is limited to Shinigami of senior status, Division X and all Division leaders.

Yue gently braced himself against a side of the entrance to the caverns, waiting for his legs to feel somewhat normal again.
The glow from the caves lit the way as the shinigami moved into the twisting caverns. He could feel the waves of voices again...
He paused when the path spilt into two tunnels. Which one should he go through?

The soft pads of paws alerted him of Annie's arrival.
Yue shrugged and selected the tunnel to the right. His footsteps echoed in the winding tunnel as he continued his search for the smoky spirit.

The walls glowed red, but quiet.
There was music in the air. Several beings have caught the attention of something amidst them, and they now gather around the spirit.

::Caves. The vision was still blurred, but it was at least getting better. Placing his hand on teh wall of the cavern, he slumped up against the wall, crumping into a ball. This had been a journey, a painful journey, but if the aura was still alive and well, it would have been well worth it. The music sounded off the walls, calling Enkei forward. Standing up he made his way along the side of the wall, unknowingly following the footsteps of Yue. Blinking lazily, he stumbled upon the other Shinigami, blood dropping on the floor from not only his nose but temple. Glancing to Yue he wavered about leaning against the wall.::
We found it.

Yue hummed to keep himself company. Solitude. Something familiar and comforting.
 Where memories/Call to me...
Backward dreams/Or phantom reality...
His cloak fluttered in response to the moving souls...

The beings huddles close, closing the aura from sight. Were the newcomers a threat? These were their caves, their homes, nought should dare step here. Perhaps this was what the spirit feared. They pressed closer, offering comfort to Corlasette.
She was subdue, no longer fleeing.

While Efrain enjoyed the spectacle from earlier, he wasn't heartless. Catching up with Enkei, he snagged hold of Enkei and slung an arm over his shoulder, "Take it easy, slow down, I gotcha. We found it, ya. Yue's got it covered."

::Enkei hushed himself as Efrain placed a hand on his shoulder. Yue seemed to know what he was doing, so he let him be. Closing his eyes, he leaned against the wall, his blood smearing alongside the stone. His vision was clearing, yet his headache was increasing. He hadn't lost that much blood, but he had been stripped of air not once but twice today by that damn tree, there must have been some trauma to his brain.::

Fisher drifted into the tunnels a bit late everyone had already darted after the glow a lot faster than he managed. he let his hand trail along the wall as he felt his way along inside, the walls got warmer as he got further inside and even in the gloom could see they were giving off a strange glow. 'Thats not normal is it?' he though as he peered down the glowing tunnel, strange notes filled the air but where could they be comng from, if the shinigami was down here hopefully she was cornered this time.

The volume of his voice had a small crescendo.
The sun's daughter/You've been made
Not to fade/Quite inconceivable...
Was she here? Or was she in the other tunnel? Yue briefly worried his lower lip, slightly afraid that unlike the song, she would fade away.
His mind slowly processed the presence of the other shinigami behind him.
"Corlasette...?" he softly murmured, "It'll be all right. It's time to go... home..."
