The only Division Hall outside of the main Division building. It is situated among the abandoned Ruins tucked inbetween the Southern and Western Lands.

Propping his head on his hands, the young man gazed across to the stony ruins. His body was half submerged in the tiny pool, his blue tinged skin glittered silver.
Everything was strange, was new, was unfathomable....
He was unsure why he was here...only that he was, and this will be where he'll stay for eternity........

Tarelle closed his eyes...and slipped back under the cool waters.
