Dusty, musty, dank....located in the Basement, this is one of the two worst Halls. Division funding is much lacking and the Division Secretary sends the High Summoner's apologies.

::The young Shinigami, made his way lower and lower until he hit the basement. Division Six was apparently lacking funds for a new division hall, at least from what Enkei could gather. It was here, in this dusty, excuse of a meeting place that he would most likely take on his first case, learn of his partner, and hopefully bring forth honor and respect to Division Six. Sighing, he poked his head into the dusty Hall.::
How depressing...
::Inhaling some dust, he began a coughing fit, even with his revitalized body free from the lung cancer, the dust was unbearable, and was extremely difficult to breath in.::

He smiled and noted something in his notes, before withdrawing from the shadows and greeting the shinigami, "Well met, young one," the Adjutant said, inclining his head ever so slightly.

there's no promise of safety with these secondhand wings but i'm willing to find out what impossible means ::Spinning in place, Enkei spotted the ever present Adjutant, and then began another fit of coughing. The dust seemed to have found a nerve that quite upset the shinigami. In between coughs he forced a smile, before finally clearing his throat.::
Adjutant Suki, apparently you don't have any custodians in Meifu then?
::He wasn't quite sure if this was the time or place for a joke, but he caught the remnants of a smile playing along the Adjutant's face. He figured it couldn't hurt for a little light-heartedness in a place so centered on death.:: i will touch the sun

"Hm..." he thought about it. Truth be told.....he knew that there were....things in Meifu which looked after the state of the place. He himself have countless times heard bangings going on, as cleanings took place, yet never had the two basement Halls ever been spotless. Staying ever vigilantly dark dank and musty. Must be a spirit about the place...he has decided a long time ago.
"Perhaps you'll like that job, Shinigami Hideyoshi," the Adjutant said instead, smile still upon his lips. He passed Enkei, running a finger along the table and pausing to inspect the thick layer of dust that has come off. Really........the shinigami of Division Six must come and use their Hall once in a while instead of constantly meeting out in the wildlands.

there's no promise of safety with these secondhand wings but i'm willing to find out what impossible means ::Laughing lightly, he leaned against the dusty wall of the Division Hall, crossing his arms.::
You're joking right...?
::Smiling, he gave a questionable look at the Adjutant, his face turning to some doubtful gaze, which displayed his dismay at the Adjutant's suggestion, or assignment for that matter. As he shifted his position along the dusty wall, his left arm began to fade from the shoulder down, the form of materialization taking quite a toll on the young shinigami.::
Not again... I thought I had control over this already...
::He sighed as he spoke inwardly, mumbling most of his sentence. He didn't need the Adjutant worrying about his struggles with his current "phase" of growth as a shinigami, as he assumed the man had much more important work to tend to.:: i will touch the sun

The tall dark man glanced over, face shrouded in the darkness as his cloak. "Do I seem as one who would joke, Shinigami Hideyoshi?" he said in a clipped tone, a hidden edge in his voice. Then as quickly as his rage, his head tilted with a smile, "Remember that rest will allow you to retain your form far better..." The Adjutant scarcely remembers his materialised stage, only faint recollections of near second death experiences of his body slipping away during assignments. He went and patted the shinigami on the shoulder.
