Hello all! Just wondering, have you watched/heard this anime yet? I think it's good.. sweatdrop

I never knew a hentai game could have such a solid story underneath all the smut. I really enjoyed the anime. Can't wait to snatch the dvds once they're released.

You haven't seen some of the BAD ones then... Best animé based off a hentai game is Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien. Hands down. It's ranked #2 on AnimeNFO behind only the Kenshin OVA. FUNimation picked up the licence for Kimi a while back, the first DVD is already out I think.

I saw all of Utawarerumono. It was okay... But they should have made 2 series out of it and spread the story out instead of compressing it all into one series. The storyline proceeded much to quickly. Karura is still awesome. xd

Does anyone play TRC in PS2?

I like this anime. It was really interesting, especially that twist at the end, when it turned out that the setting of Utawarerumono wasn't just some random fantasy world filled with kemonomimi-- it was actually earth! That part was a bit rushed and confusing, but whatever. Karura was definitely my favorite character; she's so badass and awesome, but Eruru was especially cute, too. I agree that the OP and ED themes were really beautiful songs.


So, was it ever decided whether Dori and Gura (the archer twins) were male or female? I prefer to think of them as traps, lol. (And therefore being male.)
